Packing for a vacation is often the worst part of any trip.  I have learned over the years that having a good packing list is not only essential, but it can make the process a lot easier and faster.  And please note that the lists below are comprehensive lists of suggestions.  You will want to review them and modify them for your own wants and needs.   

Clothing Items

• belts
• black dress socks
• casual shirts
• compression socks (for airplane flight to prevent swollen ankles)
• "docksider" casual shoes
• dress shirts
• evening or dress shoes
• exercise/walking socks
• gloves and stocking cap(if expect cold weather)
• pajamas and robe
• raincoat with hood
• regular ties
• rubber sandals/shoes for reef walking and beach
• shorts
• slacks (casual and dress)
