Jump Start to Distributing Your Viral Report or eBookby Dawn Wentworth
Most people recognize two steps in the viral distribution process. Create the product, let others pass the offer along for me. This is the theory behind viral product offers, but the key ingredient is the middle step. Getting the word out so that people can find it, to distribute it for you. This step is often overlooked when planning a viral product distribution system.
Assuming you have already got your report written and formatted into a distributable package and a landing web page that visitors can retrieve your report from let's look over the "Jump Start Check List" so we can get your report out to the people!
If you have seen other product offers you probably realize how important it is that you provide an digital cover for your product. This gives your information a "tangible" feel. A well designed cover can increase the download and re-offer response rate by 70% !
Step 1: Create a box cover art graphic. Make it in 3 sizes. Large, med. and thumbnail. Save it in 3 formats. - .jpg gif and bmp if possible. These two steps will save you time in the long run.
Next thing we want to do is get our small ads written. Let's write these ads all at once and save them into our favorite clipboard or text management utility software program.
Step 2: Write your ads. Consider target markets and create different headlines/ads as appropriate. Write several ads. Set up a simple strategy for tracking those headlines.
If you need a brief refresher on classified ad structure here are some guidelines. If you feel you need more instruction doing a search will bring up many helpful opinions on classified ad writing.
Classified Structure
Strong headline Benefit or solutions Call to action Provide action contact or link
After you start your campaign you are going to receive many confirmation emails and link requests, so lets take a look at how we can manage these tasks without going nuts.
Step 3: Be Prepared.
Create a "friends of" or "resource" page -
Some directories will require a link back *tip* Never call a link page a "links page" Create a separate email address just for your viral offer
Create email rules to help you manage the incoming replies into a specific folder
The following 10 minute "set up" will save you hundreds of hours of your valuable time.
Open your clipboard utility, if you haven't decided on one yet, please do. Your clipboard utility and/or form filler will quickly become your best friend. Having a workable system will save you from burnout, tiredness and frustration. I have used WinM8 and RoboForm for many years and have little advise on what programs are on the market today - these two programs do everything I need them to and do not hog up my computer resources.
Step 4: Getting Set Up
Common Information to Place in clipboard segments Name Email Title of report Download url Link to eBook cover Description Url to your back-links page
Step 5: Get the word out.
Anywhere you can advertise on the web is a potential for advertising your landing page. This includes directories, exchanges, using Google Adwords and more.
Look into web sites that are closely related to the theme of your report. Notify webmasters of these closely related sites of your offer, and be sure to let them know how offering your report can benefit their visitors. Is there any benefit to the webmaster that you can promote as well?
An example of this could be .. You create a eBook on "How to Store Your Precious Silver". A jewelry dealer offering silver rings may be very happy to offer your eBook to their visitors, and the visitors will thank the webmaster for the helpful information. Another vendor may sell "How to Clean Antique Silver" your free report would make a nice bonus offer that will benefit both vender and consumer - by being an added value offer.
Many people and webmasters search eBook directories for information and value added products on a regular basis. It can pay off big to make sure your eBook is listed in eBook directories and resource pages of related web sites.
One surefire way to get your offer some attention is to write an article on your topic and add your landing page to your author bio box.
Ask for reviews from your favorite, topic related forum boards or discussion lists. This can be a great way to get feedback on the quality of your report too.
This system has worked for me. You can let my research save you time by using my free resource directory located at
http://www.masteradvertising.com. This ad free listing directory is full of free places to advertise and was formed out of need to collect resources that I advertise my eBooks and websites on.
Good luck, I hope to see your next free eBooks or report everywhere!

Find Happiness By Giving Happiness. by Lance Beggs
Have you ever heard this quote?
“There is a wonderful, mystical law of nature that the three things we crave most in life- happiness, freedom, and peace of mind- are always attained by giving them to someone else.”
It’s so true, isn’t it? I don’t know who it was who first said those wise words (if you do know then please tell me), but I have no doubt they lived a very happy life, because they have discovered one of the secrets to happiness.
In fact, the secret to success in all endeavours is found in this quote. No matter what you desire, give first and you will receive.
If you want to receive love, then give love. Not exclusively to one person, but to everyone and everything. Express love to your life, your circumstances, your friends and family, and even the people you pass in the street. If you love all, you will receive love back, and you’ll become the kind of person who attracts that special person, and those special relationships, and a life of blissful love.
If you want to get rich then don’t do it through the dog-eat-dog world of competition and win-lose deals. Give increased value to others. Wallace D. Wattles talks about this in his book Science Of Getting Rich better than anyone else I’ve come across (see the Resources Page on my website to get a free copy). You get rich by providing more in use-value than the cash-value you receive. You get rich through co-operation rather than competition. You get rich through providing win-win deals. You get rich through providing others with the opportunities to improve their own lives. Once again, give and you will receive so much more back.
The same applies to happiness. If you want to be happy, give happiness.
Turn your focus around. It’s not all about you. Look out into the world and find opportunities to give happiness.
James Matthew Barrie said, “Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves.”
The great Mark Twain said, “The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.”
Give happiness and you will get happiness. It’s the only way.
Who can you make happy today?
Who can you go and see, just to hang out together?
Who can you phone to tell them you miss them?
It doesn’t take much. Smile to someone who is feeling down. Hold a door open for someone behind you. Compliment someone on their clothing. Thank someone for a job well done at work.
Happiness is so easy. Just give it to someone else, and you’ll find more than enough is magically left behind for you.
Give happiness. Be happy. And smile!

Increase Your Response On eBay, Starting Right Now!by Jordan Williams
Your auction is up and running. You’ve got bidders seeing your auction and looking things over. Now you just need to push them over the edge. This article will cover various ways to increase your bids from prospective buyers.
First off, make sure that your display picture is of the highest quality. You might have the best written description in the world, but if your picture doesn’t mirror your description that will turn bidders off. Use a digital camera if possible. Create a clean, unobtrusive picture. Take care in the background and lighting of the picture and you should be all set.
Adding an About Me page is a great way to increase your response as well. If your bidders have some personal information about you and your business this goes along way to establishing that trusting relationship between you and your customers. You can also post a few special offers on this page for people who take the time to look at it. Also, ask visitors to sign up for your mailing list as well.
Sign up at Square Trade, and display their logo on your auctions. This shows potential bidders that you are committed to resolving any disputes that might arise. Power Sellers always carry this logo on their auctions, and you should too. It makes you look much more professional.
Clearly spell out your terms and conditions making it very visible. Give details of things like shipping times and prices, the refund policy and anything else you want to make your buyers aware of. This also helps create trust between you and your customers. Plus having it all spelled out clearly, helps if any dispute issues arise as well.
Display your good feedback on your auction so that visitors don’t have to go looking for it. You can simply cut and paste the text, or create a screenshot image of your feedback. If you have a 100% feedback rating, be sure to make a mention of that as well.
If you have room on your auction title, use NR (No Reserve) at the end of your title. Bidders like auctions that have no reserve, so having this on your title allows bidders to see that your auction has no reserve without actually having to click on your auction link.
Make sure you auction highlights the benefits of your product and not just the features. You want to tell your visitors why your product is good for THEM. You can have all the features in the world, but without describing the benefits of those features many bidders will pass on by.
In order to reach those last few buyers that you might miss otherwise, accept various unusual payment methods like checks or money orders. Many other sellers don’t take these forms of payment, but the fact that you do may bring you that extra sale.
Upgrade your auction. Buying upgrades helps get you listed higher in the list of items. This can help a lot if your product is in a crowded category. You might just find out that it’s worth the money.

SEO Duplicate Web Content Penalty Myth Explodedby Joel Walsh
The "duplicate content penalty" myth is one of the biggest obstacles I face in getting web professionals to embrace reprint content. The myth is that search engines will penalize a site if much of its content is also on other websites.
Clarification: there is a real duplicate content penalty for content that is duplicated with minor or no variation across the pages of a single site. There is also a "mirror" penalty for a site that is more or less substantially duplicating another single site. What I'm talking about here is the reprint of pages of content individually, rather than in a mass, on multiple sites.
Another clarification: "penalty" is a loaded concept in SEO. "Penalty" means that search engines will punish a website for violations of the engine's terms of service. The punishment can mean making it less likely that the site will appear in search results. Punishment can also mean removal from the search engine's index of web pages ("de-indexing" or "delisting").
How have I exploded the "duplicate content penalty" myth?
* PageRank. Many thousands of high-PageRank sites reprint content and provide content for reprint. The most obvious case is the news wires such as Reuters (PR 8) and the Associated Press (PR 9) that reprint to sites such as
http://www.nytimes.com (PR 10).
* The proliferation of content reprint sites. There are now hundreds of websites devoted to reprint content because it's a cheap, easy magnet for web traffic, especially search engine traffic.
* Experience. I've seen significant search engine traffic both from distributing content to be reprinted and from reprinting content on the site.
How I Doubled Search Engine Traffic with Reprint ContentWhen I first started distributing content for my main site, I was stunned by the highly targeted traffic I got from visitors clicking on the link at the end of the article. Search engine traffic also slowly increased both from the links and from having content on the site.
But I was even more stunned with the search engine traffic I got when I started putting reprint articles on the site in September. I had written quite a number of reprint articles for clients and accumulated a few webmaster "fans" who looked out for my articles to reprint them. I wanted to make it easier for them to find all the reprint articles I had written.
I didn't want to draw too much attention to these articles, which had nothing to do with the main subject of the site, web content. So I secluded the articles in one section of the site.
The articles got a surprising amount of search engine traffic. The traffic was overwhelmingly from Google, and for long multiple-word search strings that just happened to be in the article word for word.
Why was I surprised with all the search engine traffic?1. The articles had so little link popularity. The link popularity to the articles came primarily from a single link to the "reprint content" page from the homepage, which linked to category pages, which linked to the articles themselves--three clicks from the homepage. The sitemap was enormous, well over 100 links, so its PageRank contribution was minimal. Since these articles were on the site such a short time I strongly doubt they got any links from other sites.
2. The articles had so much competition. These articles had been reprinted far more widely than the average reprint article, which is lucky if it makes it into a few dedicated reprint sites. As part of my service I had done most of the legwork of reprinting my clients' articles for them. In fact, I guarantee at least 100 reprints on Google-indexed web pages either for each article or group of articles. So that's up to 100 web pages, sometimes more, that were competing with my web page to appear in search engine results for the search string.
Why Do Reprint Articles Get Search Engine Traffic? You would think Google would just pick one web page with the article as the authoritative edition and send all the traffic to it.
But that's not how Google works. All the search engines look at factors beyond just the content on the web page. They look at links. Google, at least, claims to look at 100 factors total. Many of these must relate to the content on the page, but not all of them.
The whole experience has given me great insight into what factors Google uses in addition to what we would consider the page itself, and the relative importance of each.
* Web page titles (the one in the html title tag) are extremely important as tie-breakers between two otherwise equally matched pages. Most reprinters waste the html title, using the article title as the web page title. Set yourself apart by creating unique five-to-ten-word web page titles that include target keywords.
* Content tweaks. You can also introduce the article with a unique, keyword-laden editor's note, and finish the article off with some keyword-laced comments.
* Intra-site link popularity and anchor text (that is, for links to the article page from other web pages on the site) are also important. If you can't link to the page from the homepage, keep it as close to the homepage as possible and weed out extraneous links (try putting all your site policies on a single page).
Reprint articles, like the search engine traffic they bring, cost nothing. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth. Forget the "duplicate content penalty." Get in on content reprints and share the search engine wealth.

Google's Duplicate Internet Content Filter In Actionby Tony Simpson
If you don't believe Google's Duplicate Content Filter exists, I have Dramatic Proof their Internet content filter exists and it's very effective.
On July 5, 2005 I published an article entitled "7 Top Ways to Avoid Link Theft" which was picked up and included as content on other websites.
Before the article was released I checked on Google whether any results already existed for the exact phrase "7 Top Ways to Avoid Link Theft" and there were no listings for that term.
Over the next few weeks I monitored through a search query on Google how many results appeared in Google for the title of my article. One week after publication there were 6,760 results listed in Google, a week later it was 14,100 and it reached a peak of 17,000 results by July 26, 2005.
4 weeks after publication the results in Google had fallen slightly to 16,600.
Almost 6 weeks after publication the results listed in Google had fallen to 44.
In a matter of less than two weeks the number of search results on Google.com for the title of my article had gone from 16,600 to just 44.
In case you're thinking this is because all these other websites dropped by article and replaced it with other content I should add that a search on Yahoo.com on the same day still showed 14,300 results for my article.
What's more of these 44 results on Google, more than half consist of listings from the same websites. In other words some sites have the same article duplicated on different pages on their website.
So Google's Internet Content Filter is not used to remove duplicate listings from the preferred websites it chooses to keep in the search results.
On August 28th, 2005 8 weeks after first publication I distributed the article again to a new list of article sites to repeat the process. After 6 weeks the same article had reached a peak of 5,620 results on Google. Less than 2 weeks later the results had fallen to 217.
For me this was dramatic proof that Google's Duplicate Internet Content Filter is active and very effective. If you're wondering if other major search engines have a duplicate content filter I can confirm that Yahoo certainly does. The same article which was once listed on 14,300 sites on Yahoo, has fallen to 344 over the same time period.
From these results it would seem Google takes about 6 to 8 weeks to remove duplicate content using its Duplicate Internet Content Filter.
But the question remaining is just how does Google decide which out of over 16,000 results does it keep and which does it reject?
I have witnessed situations where my own articles appear in results on other websites, but are not listed in the results for my own website.
So clearly Google does not take into account who the originator and author of the original article was when deciding which sites will remain in its search results.
It also seems to have nothing to do with where Google first finds the article.
Some articles I have published to my website for several weeks before releasing them for distribution to other websites.
In that time the Google spiders have visited my site several times and Google has had enough time to work out that the article was first found on my site.
It would be interesting to see if it's possible to work out what factors Google is using in its Internet Content Filter to decide which results to keep in its listing and which ones to remove. But that's for another article.

The reason I featured this article today is because it really rings true. I do believe that the reason most people who try to make money online fail is because they do to much looking and not enough doing. It is really easy to get sidetracked, which interferes with what is most important to stay focused on, your goals.
Besides, it is related to what I just covered in a new ebook coming out next week, that I am polishing up the finishing touches on.

http://articles411.com/special-offer.htmlKnowledge Or Action?by Brian Baldwin
It's been said that knowledge is power. While that's true to an extent, it isn't the whole truth. Knowledge without action is almost useless. It doesn't help to be a genius if you never do anything with the knowledge. I tend to think of knowledge as ammunition and action as a gun.
(It's a typical guy thought, I know but it works for me.) Think about it. If you have bullets and no gun, they're pretty much useless. If you have a gun and no bullets, the best you can do is throw
(action) the gun at the target. Not as useless as the bullets
(knowledge) since action without knowledge is more productive than knowledge without action.
The reason I've been thinking about this lately is that I've been reading article after article about how to make money, get high search engine ranking, find customers & prospects, motivate myself and others and several other subjects and realized that regardless of how much info I've gained, it's worthless if I don't act on the knowledge. And it's the same for everyone. It wouldn't matter if you had a PhD in Quantum Physics if you worked at McDonalds, or a library full of books and never used the knowledge within, now would it? I've met some really intelligent homeless people and some stupid millionaires and the biggest difference is action. Let me say this again,
ACTION. Action makes people successful to a certain degree. Not to say that any action will make people successful. Jumping up and down or changing channels will not do it, but action of any kind that propels you toward your target goal will get you they eventually.
Another way to think of it is like having a map. I could give you a map to a lost treasure, but if you never left your house, it wouldn't do much good would it?
So here's a question; what action will you do today, to reach your goal? Reading a book will only take you so far.

Two Steps To Online Success - Get The Right Opportunity, Promote It Big by Scott C. Johnson
Most people don't make much money online. I've talked to countless intelligent, hard-working folks who tried, but gave up after accomplishing very little. But don't give up too soon.
There are really only two things you need to make money online. Unfortunately, most of us have to try a lot of things and pay a lot of dues before figuring out just what those two things are.
Most of us find or create a business opportunity, then try to promote it using various methods. Invariably, even though we may be spending a good chunk of change in our promotion effort, we aren't promoting nearly enough. There are a LOT of people pushing businesses online. If you want to get noticed and start making sales, you simply HAVE to promote BIG.
Instead of reaching a few hundred here and a few thousand there, you need to promote to MILLIONS, even BILLIONS of people in billions of places.
Ridiculously big? Not at all. Think of major corporations like Coke or Chevy. They've got their advertising in newspapers, on TV, on race cars, on business signs, on stickers, and hundreds of other places world-wide. Now that's promoting big. To sell big, you've got to promote big.
But how does the average person even begin to marketing on a large scale without mortgaging their house and winning the lottery? These days the Internet is coming to the rescue. One count of the number of ad sites is well over one billion. If you can create software to count the sites, you can also create a way to automatically submit ads to all those sites -- and that is exactly what some have made available.
Of course, the 2nd requirement for making money online is to choose the right business. Selling the same old items in the same small ways simply won't bring you more than a trickle of income.
Pick a business that sells the online audience what they really want and need. I'm reminded of the woman who started selling small items on eBay.
She did ok, but soon found she was one of millions selling the same things. So she switched to selling the packaging all those millions needed to ship their items. Soon she was selling so much packaging she had to rent a warehouse and hire 10 employees just to keep up with demand. She made a LOT of money just by selling something everybody in her crowd wanted and needed.
Keep those two simple points in mind -- pick the right business, then promote really big -- and you'll find your online profits quickly reach your expectations.

How To Stream Your Teleseminar Audio Onlineby Lynette Chandler
Teleseminars cost money for you and others to attend. One way to help bring more people into a teleseminar is to create streaming audio of your teleseminar over the Internet. Unfortunately, most methods of streaming audio over the Internet can be expensive, difficult to setup for the average user or both.
The good news is, you can now broadcast a streaming audio of your teleseminar very affordably, in a secure and private manner so you won't find any gate crashers if you sold access to the call.
Here's how.First, get a web conference room. Web conference rooms vary a lot from company to company but to broadcast your teleseminar you'd want to look for:
Good streaming audio quality. This is a given. While every technology is not perfect -- even telephones have a lot of annoying beeps and static -- many web conferencing services today have little problem with streaming audio. Often, issues with audio come from user inexperience or computer settings but this can easily be remedied with a little bit of help documentation and education.
The next biggest consideration is a room that'll give you flexible or good number of number of seats. You'll want this because it's often difficult to anticipate number or attendees. You can ask people to confirm and send reminders but there will always be a certain percentage of no shows.
This will be a little challenging because most web conference rooms sell by number of seats or per minute or both. Look for flat rate options instead.
Don't get distracted with the rest of the services like video if you're only looking for streaming audio. These usually bog down the system because of the huge amounts of bandwidth required to transmit video. Most web conferencing systems will have video conferencing capabilities already built in. Does that mean you shouldn't go with them even if everything else is right? No, because often you can 'turn off' the video or simply not use it and performance won't be affected. The point is it shouldn't be a major factor in your consideration unless you plan to transition to web conferencing and reduce the use of the telephone bridge.
Once you've nailed down the web conferencing service provider of choice, you'll need a key piece of equipment that'll pipe your telephone audio into the computer and vice versa. One of the best we've seen is the Dynametric TMP 636 or TMP 636S. Once you have this, hook it up and you're ready to broadcast streaming audio of your teleseminar online.
Now, you may ask why go through all that trouble when you can simply look for a web conferencing service who has built in telephone and streaming audio capabilities. That's a good question and can only be answered by you. Consider the cost for these integrated phone and streaming audio solutions? They will naturally cost more but beyond dollar amount, are there any limitations? Compare them with the cost of your existing teleconference call line, your (preferably fixed rate) web conferencing plan and the one time telephone patch.
So there you have it. One last pointer, consider how often you conduct teleseminars and the number of people attending as these are the biggest variables affecting cost. As a rule of thumb, if you don't conduct that many teleseminars or you have less people calling in, it'll work out better to have an integrated solution. After all, why buy a piece of equipment for streaming audio that you'll use infrequently. Given this information, you'll be able to easily figure out which is best for you.

Turn Media Interviews Into Sales by Susan Harrow
Many people don't understand what soundbites are. They don't know how to create soundbites that sell. They don't know that it's not enough to be clever, entertaining or quippy. That might make TV and radio hosts happy, but it often won't bring in the kind of results you're looking for: to grow your business, sell more product, get new clients, more customers, or increase your fees.
You want to develop soundbites that speak to who you are, what you do and how well you do it. Soundbites are the essential messages that will create sales and recognition. They consist of anecdotes, analogies, stories, one-liners, and facts that you can speak in 15-30 seconds. They should be singly focused on what you want your audience to know. To turn media interviews into sales here are 3 things you can do.
1. Incorporate Your Past into Your Present Experience.
Camus says, *We are the sum of our choices.* We want to know how your childhood dreams have influenced the career you've chosen. Your past often has predictors to your future interests and life decisions. If you don't want to go back as far as childhood then go back in your professional career. Sarah Newton, The UK's Top Teen Coach, said that when she was a juvenile corrections officer what she heard from teenagers most was that they didn't feel heard, understood or respected.
*The most important thing a parent can do is listen,* says Newton.
Often soundbites like Newton's seem simple. But it takes work to distill your ideas down to their essence. It's the unadorned statement that is often the most powerful.
Another way to tie past to present is to show how your passion drives your profession. *People think I am disciplined. It is not discipline. It is devotion. There is a great difference,* says Luciano Pavarotti. Choose the words that show your devotion.
2. Include Client Successes.
How has your product or service impacted your clients or customers? Tell a story that centers on that success. Marty Friedman, seminar Leader and author of ~Straight Talk for Men About Marriage,~ says, *An attorney who came to one of my seminars said he didn't really think he got much out of it--until he got home and his wife wanted to have sex with him--for the first time in months. ~I guess I must have learned a little something,~ the attorney admitted.*
Friedman tells a very succinct story with a potent punch line. And this soundbite lets you know that his methods are so powerful they work on non-believers and hard-sell cases like attorneys.
3. Show Your Suffering.
The people I've known who have suffered the most are funny, sarcastic, and wise, but never saccharin. Saccharin is all this sweet talk about love and understanding and comes off as facile. Love, understanding and forgiveness aren't sickly tender. They often come out of bitterness, hopelessness and heartache. We trust those people who have suffered or who have failed over and over again and are willing to share their insights--in a non-showy way.
Dr. Vicki Rackner, CEO of Medical Bridges and Medical Editor of the Hope Health Letter which reaches over 3 million people says that at age 40 she made a radical choice: to close her private practice to be with her son. *As the operating room door closed, another opened. I can't tell you that everyone lived happily ever after because we're just at `once upon a time.`*
Closing her practice, the choice she made to to forgo surgery in favor of becoming a patient advocate, goes against the grain of what *society* could deem is proper for a board certified surgeon with a full practice. You know right away that she is thoughtful and has tremendous empathy and insight. As a patient wouldn't you want her on your side?

Tips on how to save moneyby Jakob Jelling Money is an essential element in every body’s life. It is the one that we exchange to get all the necessary things in life. And that is exactly the reason why we work all day and sometimes night. Since the flow of money in one’s life is not uniform, it is only prudent to save some money for the crunch days. Economics permits one to spend his/her money in any amount as he/she wishes. But how rationally one could plan so as to maintain a minimum level of backup in any given day is directly linked with his/her ability to save.
In daily life, even if we know that we are spending money to buy things we need, most of us tend to over see the fact that more than 50% of the spending is for purposes that are quite unnecessary or those expenditures can be avoided without affecting one’s basic life style. Exactly this is the point from where one should start thinking of saving money.
Distinguish between and clearly understand your needs and wants. Needs are those things one require to sustain his/her basic needs. Want on the other hand refers to anything that is not an absolute necessity but which presence enhances one’s way of life. For example, a car can be a need but a $40,000 SUV is a want.
It is a human nature to insist on the best and the biggest even if the same quality is available at a lower cost. Spending $100 in a posh restaurant when one can afford the same sumptuous meal at $20 or buying a $20 shirt with a $30 trendy label attached all belong to this category of “keeping up with the Joneses”. A bit of intelligent spending here can save a lot.
It is a good idea to try a commodity and get a feel of it before actually buying one. Because there is no point in buying something you may never use or hardly use. Such an analysis is relevant especially when the item under consideration is a costly one. Rent one, borrow one, and try one out before making the final call.
Mortgages can easily be the biggest single expense most families have in their monthly budget. Here, zeroing on the best deal is where the trick lies. Calculated comparisons can make a difference of few thousand dollars in the entire deal. Another big expense is linked with the vehicles a person owns. One should see if he/she is getting the best deal on the maintenance, insurance and repairs.
True, food is a need as well as a recurring expense. Keeping a check over the money spend on food – to a necessary extend - can make a big difference in the money one could save at the end of the month. Plan food purchases in advance, go for generics or store brands and stock up the items that you regularly use when available on sale.
Another expenditure that drains a lot of money is one’s fascination for clothes. Unlike electronic goods, the price of clothes is continuously on an upward spiral. Hence it is a good idea to buy quality clothes that lasts a longer period. Such clothes are better than the ‘throw away’ types. The cost of clothes is not going to come down either. Therefore, buying in advance for a season ahead is a logical correct step. But never over do it. Getting clothes for 5 years in advance is stupid!
Telephone is a common thing in every house hold. This is one department where money drains like an open tap. Though local phone service has a fixed price long distance calls matters. Shop around to find out the best deal as far as the service provider is concerned. Keep in mind, a saving of $16.75 a month can add up to $200 a year.
If you are a travel addict, travel expenses can make a big difference if not having the right travel agent. Even if it is the same place, airline, hotel or car rental, the difference between two travelers can easily exceed $1000. Keep one’s eyes and ears open when hunting for a traveler.
Remember, saving money is not putting all the dollars that one earns in his/her savings account. But it is all about intelligently spending the bucks, at the same keeping a check on all the unnecessary expenses.
Good Luck!

Wacky Spiders –
A Fun Halloween Craft For Kids by
Lindsay SmallThis is one of my favorite Halloween crafts for kids. It is quick and simple, can be done with a crowd if necessary, and is an excellent way to practice cutting and fine motor skills with younger children. Older kids can let their imaginations take over and create some really wacky spiders!
You will need:
Black paper
Scissors
Glue or sticky-tape
Googly eyes (optional) or scraps of paper and pens
Instructions:
Cut a rectangle of paper approximately 3 inches by 3 1/2 inches. Fold the short side down about an inch to make a crease, then open up again.
Turn the paper so that the crease is horizontal, then cut the paper in 7 straight lines up to the crease to create eight spider's legs. For younger children, draw in the lines for them to practice cutting on. For older children, show them how to make the first cut in the middle, dividing the area below the crease into 2 halves. Then show them how to divide each half again to make quarters, then the quarters to make eighths. There is no need to be too accurate.
Now wrap the spider around the child's finger and fasten with sticky-tape or glue. Remove the spider again and decorate - either with scraps of paper or with googly eyes. Put back on the finger and bend the legs into shape or curl them around a pencil.
Variations:Hang the spiders up! Simply cut a length of black yarn (wool) and attach inside the head of the spider with a small piece of sticky-tape.
Make smaller versions of these spiders to decorate the ends of Halloween pencils.
Wrap small spiders around straws to decorate your Halloween table! Make some bigger spiders and scatter them around the table as well.
Cut a small slit on either side of the spider's head and insert a name card to turn these spiders into spooky place markers!
Once the body of the spider has been made but before decorating, wrap a black pipe cleaner around the head of the spider to give a furry effect. The protruding end of the pipe cleaner can be curled into a hook shape, which makes the spider easy to suspend from shelves, the tops of doors, and other spooky places! Stick googly eyes on top of the pipe cleaner.

5 Simple, Free and Easy Ways to Show Your Kids How Much You Careby
articles411.com webmasterby Laurie Meade
As a work at home mom, I know I spend more time on the computer than I really should. It is at these times, when my 11-year-old daughter accuses me of "being married" to my computer, that I have to stop and re-think some of my values as a parent.
Our kids are young for such a short time. The job, and the need to keep money coming in, will always be there. Our precious little ones won't always be little, though.
Here are some simple ways to show your kids, no matter what their ages, that they are important to you.
1--- LISTEN. This is so easy to do, yet so many of us have such a hard time with it. Drop what you are doing, look your child in the eye and really hear what they have to say.
Repeat what they said with a reflective statement such as: "I can tell that this is a big concern to you." Rephrase what they said back to them, so they know you actually heard what they are saying.
Young children, when upset, need to know they have been heard. Most of the time, this is all it takes and then the crisis is over and they are on to something else.
2--- Keep ROUTINE and STRUCTURE in your child's day. Even grownups benefit from knowing what comes next, and not living in a chaotic time schedule.
3---On the same wavelength as routine and structure comes environment. Just having a CLEAN and ORGANIZED HOME is a simple way to show them they are important and you want them to stay safe and healthy.
a) When the housework is starting to wear on your nerves, just say a prayer of thanks that you have those beautiful children to clean up after. Stop and think of the grieving parent who has lost a child who would gladly trade places with you.
Apologize when you make a mistake. It is a great way to teach respect to your child, to be able to acknowledge when you are wrong.
You not only show them that no one has to be perfect all the time, you show them that you care about how they feel. When you make a mistake and tell your child you are sorry, you can teach them the value of forgiving others.
Children are very resilient and will learn forgiveness quickly when it involves their own parent.
4---Share and CELEBRATE their accomplishments. Make a big deal out of great progress report.
My daughter had problems in 5th grade getting her homework done and turned in. It was an ongoing problem. When she received her first progress report from middle school, she had highlighted the big 0 that was marked in the missing assignment section.
She was so proud that she had improved in that area. The report was to be returned after being signed by me, so I copied it with my scanner and put it up on the wall.
I wanted her to know that she had every right to be proud. It was a simple gesture on my part and it left her beaming.
It's these little things that go a long way in making a lasting impression in your children's minds.
5----Watch what you say and how you say it. Especially be careful of your choice of words when you are angry. It is in times of anger when words spoken can sometimes be hard to take back. Also remember that parental words spoken in anger can leave the biggest bruises on a child's psyche and self-esteem.
These are just some very simple, completely free ways we can show are children we love them. They don't cost even a penny, just a little time and thought on our part as parents.
Oh yes, and it goes without saying, hug and touch them often, if it is nothing more than a pat on the back or tousling their hair. Touch is a way you can say "I love you" without speaking a word.

Attitude: The Gold In Your Bank by
Eric GarnerIf you want to improve your chances of success in any endeavour, then make sure you've got the right attitude. Attitude is the key to getting
everything right.
1. The One String We Have. Many of the things that happen to us in life
sometimes come at us out of the blue. We may be struck by natural disasters
or treated badly by others. Sometimes it feels like we are reeds in the
wind, at the mercy of fate. But there is one thing we always possess and can
always control even in the worst of situations. And that is our attitude.
"The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on my life.
Attitude, to me, is more important than fact. It is more important than the
past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than
success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important
than appearances, giftedness or skills. It will make or break a company, a
church, a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding
the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past; we
cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot
change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we
have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens
to you and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you. We are in charge of
our attitudes." (Charles Swindoll)
2. 100% Success. Here is a mathematical way to demonstrate that your
attitude accounts for 100% of your success.
* On the left-hand side of a piece of paper write down the letters of the
alphabet, A to Z. Against them write down the numbers 1 to 26, ie A = 1, B =
2 and so on.
* Now, find a friend and ask him or her what the main ingredient of success
is. Let's say they suggest "Money". Write this down somewhere on the page
and with your friend calculate the values for each letter in this phrase.
You'll find it comes to 72 or 72%.
* Now try a few more. Knowledge? Not quite, that comes to 96%. Love? That
only shows at 54%. Luck does even worse, at 47%. Leadership? 97%. Hard Work?
Closer, 98%. But not quite there.
* Now, show your friend that of all the qualities that go into success, only
ATTITUDE comes out at 100%.
3. Pure Gold. Attitude is the key to achieving success in your life. It is
pure gold. "What I am giving you is gold. Mothers, fathers, managers,
bosses, superintendants, company presidents, everybody, heed this: raise
your own self-esteem to where it belongs and good things will happen, both
for you and others. How do you do that? You do it through your self-talk.
You must think well of yourself. You must know you're good. Start by
controlling your own self-talk. From here forward, it is out of place in
your life or your business to be devaluative, belittling, or sarcastic. Such
junk has no place in a high-performance organisation just as it has no place
in a high-performance individual. What you will do is start looking for ways
to boost your morale with your self-talk. You are going to do it regularly.
You are going to do it every day: morning, noon and night." (Louis Tice)
Many of the gifts we have been given have been distributed unfairly. We all
wish we had the ability of the talented, the money of the rich, and the luck
of the beautiful. But none of these matter. When it comes down to it, the
real difference in life is something we all have equally: our attitude.

How To Save BIG In Your Online Businessby
Willie CrawfordCopyright © 2005 Willie Crawford
When you're first starting an online business, it can be a struggle finding the money to invest in the things that will grow your business most. Only later do you discover things all the guru's know that could have saved you a small fortune. Here are a few things that will help you save on Internet marketing business necessities.
In order to be in business on the Internet you DO need a website. Hosting that website doesn't need to cost you an arm and a leg. Here are two ways to save:
1) Don't register your domain through your web host. Instead go to a discount registrar. Your web host will charge you up to $40 or more (per year) just to conveniently handle your domain name registration. You can register or renew your domain name yourself for as little as $8 per year. I've set up a service for my subscribers and clients to do just that at:
http://WillieCrawford.com/domains/How am I able to offer you such a bargain? I have a domain name reseller account at Wild West Domains. For around $100 per year, practically anyone can become a domain name reseller. You are charged a wholesale price for domain name registrations (and other services offered on my site above). You decide how much you want to mark up your prices above that. I have practically no markup because I enjoy helping beginners get off to a good start. I know that you'll be back for other products and services that I offer - after you're a big success :-)
2) Consider getting a web hosting account here:
http://www.profitautomation.com/app/adtrack.asp?AdID=119107I have an account that lets me host up to 50 domains for only $109 per month. That equates to about $2 per domain, per month. The $109 package that I have gives me 4400 meg of disk space and 100 gigabytes of monthly bandwidth to spread among my 50 domains in that account any way that I want to.
The account above is intended for people who want to open their own web-hosting business. Basically, you can get one of these accounts and then charge your online or local customers whatever price you choose. Find 50 local customers and charge them $100 each and you've just turned $109 into $5000. That's a nice monthly revenue stream and it's also in-line with what offline businesses expect to pay.
The above account isn't for everyone. It doesn't come with a lot of free tech support. You have to go through some online tutorials and then you're the tech support. If you need help, you can get it through an online forum or through a trouble ticket system (where you pay by the minute). When one of your customers needs help, their trouble tickets go to you. If you pass them along to the parent company, you are billed by the minute.
I use the above account to host many of my own domains. I have numerous very simple sites that are only a few pages. Some are only a one-page sales letter. I save a bundle by paying only $2 per month to host these. When you're paying only $2 per month for hosting you don't need to make a lot of sale for a site to be profitable.
Another necessity is basic Internet access. For that I use my local cable company but I also have a backup dialup connection. That account, which offer decent service cost me less than $10 per month. Because I transfer many 30 meg or larger files back and forth regularly, this account probably isn’t robust enough to be my primary. However, my local cable company does sometimes have outages for various reasons. That's when I use this dialup account most. I also use it sometimes while I'm traveling. You can checkout the company I use at:
http://47928.yourdialupservice.com/They offer thousands of local access numbers in the U.S. and Canada.
I have not located a comparable resource for outside the U.S. and Canada, but will pass it along when I do.
Another way to save big is to get your own merchant account. When you use Paypal or Clickbank, your initial investment may be less. However you pay much higher processing fees, and your less professional appearance DOES cost you sales. Savvy customers who understand Clickbank and Paypal will recognize that you're not processing enough volume to consider a merchant account worthwhile. They may consider you an amateur that they don't want to risk major purchases with.
I'm not saying that you shouldn't use Paypal or Clickbank when you first start out and you're not confident that your product will even sell. I AM saying that "when you're ready to run with the big dogs, you need to look like one of them." Top marketers that I know who are processing tens of thousands, and even hundreds of thousands of dollars per month in credit card transactions use:
http://WarriorProcessing.comTake a look at the site and you'll see why it's who we use.
As you get your online business rolling, the other thing you'll need is traffic. When you first get started, the fastest way to get it is from the pay-per-clicks. I use Google AdWords to drive initial traffic to all of my sites when I need that traffic fast. That allows me to quickly get enough traffic to test and improve my conversion rate. None of the other pay-per-clicks usually deliver the volume of traffic that I want quickly enough.
After I refine things using Google AdWords, I do set up accounts at some of the other pay-per-clicks. I use Google AdWords at first because I place a very high value on my time and I don't want to spend months just getting enough traffic to refine the sales process on a single site.
Unless you have lots of free time, I wouldn't waste time on any other traffic source initially EXCEPT for the one I am using right here. Writing and submitting articles to ezines and article directories has proven the single best source of free traffic for me. It works so well that I've written over 300 articles on various aspect of Internet marketing. To prove that this works, just enter my name at any search engine. You'll see millions of returns and most of them are simply from my article writing activities.
The other thing that will save you time is studying and practicing copywriting. Minor improvement in your web copy can easily increase your conversion rate by 100 times. Not learning copywriting is practicing false economy for most of us. If only 1 out of every 200 visitors to your site buys and just by changing a headline you can change that to 1 in 20, that shows just how important copywriting is. There have been countless documented cases of people getting improvements this dramatic from minor but important improvement in their web copy.
To learn copywriting, I went through and highly recommend Yanik Silver's Ultimate At-Home Internet Copywriting Workshop. This will be your largest initial expense, but it's a necessary one. Words sell, and if you're not willing to learn to use words properly in your marketing, then you probably shouldn't waste time setting up a website.
You can get all of the details on this course at:
http://www.ultimateonlinecopymanual.comWe've just gone over a number of way that you can dramatically cut the expenses associate with operating your online business. I'm willing to bet that I've just told you things that NO ONE else has told you. They aren't all trying to take advantage of you. However, they are hoping that out of ignorance you'll spend more on the same items through them. Save that money and plow it back into growing your business.

Learn How You Can Fix Your Credit – Before Buying A New House!by
Kris BickellMost people think – mistakenly – that if you have credit problems, you have to wait 7 years for them to go away.
Well, that's not always true.
Credit repair can help you...once you know how to do it. The time to clean up your credit and pay off your debts is RIGHT NOW, before you start looking for houses and applying for mortgages. Cleaning up your credit and lowering your debt will help you:
• get a better interest rate
• borrow more money
• and save lots of money in interest
Clean Up Your Credit Report
These days, getting credit is easy. Unfortunately, so is getting into debt or financial trouble.
But just because you’ve had some money problems does NOT mean you can’t get a mortgage and buy a house. There are all kinds of loans:
• loans for first time homebuyers
• loans for people with bad credit
• loans for people with perfect credit
• and loans for people without a lot of money for a down payment
So, most people can get a loan these days. The question is, HOW MUCH will you pay in the long run for higher fees and interest rates?
A lot of people think that if something bad goes on your credit report, that it must stay there for 7 years, or longer. But that’s not always true. Credit repair can work, if you know how to do it.
And, you can do it yourself.
For example, I had lots of debt (from a business idea that did not work) and got a lot of bad credit listings while getting myself out of debt.
And within 6 months of paying off my last credit card bill (remember, even if you have some debt you might still be able to get a house loan) I repaired my credit to the point that I got both a car loan and a mortgage. More importantly, I got the LOWEST POSSIBLE interest rates, which over the life of a 30-year loan could save me tens of thousands of dollars!
How did I repair my credit?I got a copy of all my credit reports, and kept writing letters asking the credit bureaus to remove the bad credit.
So it CAN be done. (And I had some pretty bad stuff on my credit reports.) The worst that can happen is that the credit bureaus can say “no” to your request. The best that can happen is that your credit score will improve, and you’ll pay a lower interest rate, get a bigger mortgage, or both!
So, how do you clean up your credit report? The first step is to get a copy of your credit report from the 3 credit bureaus, listed below. You might have to pay a few dollars, but it is well worth it. If you moved, changed jobs, and had any other personal info change recently, you can send it to the credit bureaus, and request a free copy.
NOTE: You are now entitled to one free credit report each year from
http://www.annualcreditreport.com/.
The next step is to circle or highlight the bad credit items, and write a letter to each credit bureau asking them to remove the item. If you have a lot, focus on one or two at a time.
Then, wait a month or two, and ask for another one or two items to be removed.
It might take a few tries.
But if you keep trying, eventually most (or all) of the items will be removed.
In the worst case - even if you only get a few removed - it might still improve your credit score, reduce your interest rate, and lower your monthtly payment!
So don’t give up.
It might take a little time to repair your credit - especially if you’ve had quite a few money problems. But every little bit helps your credit score, your interest rate, and the amount of money you can get.
Then Pay Off As Much Debt As PossibleI know, when preparing to buy your new home money is real tight. But if you have any extra money – any at all – try to pay off as much debt as possible. This will help you:
• Be more likely to be approved for a mortgage
• Be able to borrow more money
• Have one (or more) less bill to worry about once you start having to pay a mortgage every month.
If you can’t pay off your debt, you might want to consider waiting before buying your new home. Or, look into a debt reduction program that can help you get out of debt faster.
There are no rules that say you can’t have some debt and still buy a house!
But think very carefully about your financial situation. And TRY to pay off as much debt as possible before buying a house. There is enough to worry about as a new homeowner, without having to worry about paying your credit card bills.
At the very least, if you do have any debt, MAKE SURE you can comfortably afford to pay your credit card bills as well as your mortgage, before getting started!

With the new law of Bankruptcy tightening up this week, I felt this was a good article to feature.
Kindest regards,
Laurie
Bankruptcy 101by
Mansi gupta‘Bankruptcy’ the term that can raise the goose bumps of almost every individual who hears it and even a nervous breakdown to those who confront it. Bankruptcy stands for the situation when a person runs into huge debts and there is hardly any money left with him to repay those debts. The clouds of bankrupt situation can hover over anybody’s life be it a successful business man who has never ever fathomed it or any greenhorn entrepreneur who had thought of going a long way ahead.
There are several reasons behind this insolvency-
Indebtedness-people usually take big loans from the banks and private companies in order to run successfully their business or company. However, since the economy is constantly fluctuating, one might not be able to incur expected results or profits. So, the loan debt with interest rates gets piling on. The loan can also be taken to pay off a bill that you missed paying. The loan is taken instantly in this case without an assessment of the interest rates. This can be cause snags later.
The credit card bills are also a source of trouble. They are charged with good interest and at the end of the month when the expenditure has chewed your month’s income; the credit card bill can make you bite the dust.
In the world today where fraud and betrayals are considered to be the bets virtues, any partner or shareholder or director might connive to pitch the company or business to bankruptcy. Here the reasons can be mutual squabbles and vengeance.
Gradual denouncement from the market- the commodity you sell today at price X, may be sold tomorrow by some other company at a much cheaper price Y. This can oust or eject your product from the market replacing it with a relatively cheaper one.
However, where there is a will, there is definitely a way. Just as there are two sides of a coin, there are two aspects attached to everything. When you glare at the negative side of the situation, its positive aspect is lurking behind according to which bankruptcy can be seen a situation that provides you a golden chance to start things afresh.
This is done by filing your application for bankruptcy, in a way seeking help from the government to help you overcome the disaster. Once you forward your application and it is accepted, the government repays most of your debts. This becomes possible by taking hold of your assets and dividing them amongst the creditors in an organized manner. But the debts that are associated with embezzlement or those huge ones that cannot be covered up via one’s assets can be problematic. In case of businesses filing for bankruptcy, certain procedure has to be followed up.
Besides this there are a few debt consolidation services that advertise themselves through television, print media etc. Debt consolidation signifies using a loan provided by that service to repay other debts. This loan is comparatively at a lower rate of interest and it often becomes easier for many to repay one loan instead of five to six ones.
In any case, if you are seeking financial aid from the government, banks, services etc., there stands the barrier of qualification. It is that you should be able to prove the service or the bank that your case is authentic and not a fraud. In order to escape future troubles, the government has formulated strict laws and eligibility criterion in this area.
However, in any case it is better to seek the advice of an advisor before seeking help to make up your crisis. This will not just educate you about all the related terms and conditions but also the possible legal and financial consequences. Just keep in mind that help always comes to those who are look for it with a true heart.

How To Write A Great Articleby
Nicole DeanAre you intimidated by the thought of writing articles? When you think about writing an article, do you have flashbacks to high school writing classes, and feel paralyzed by the thought of putting words onto paper? Don't fret. There are some easy general guidelines that apply to writing articles for your web site or to distribute in article directories, to other web masters, or to post to your blogs. Follow these guidelines and you'll be writing great articles before you know it!
Simply make your articles brief, informative, and user-friendly. Articles do not need to contain technical information, but rather be written to give the reader useful information in an easy to understand manner. You can write articles quickly and effectively using these guidelines:
Make your articles brief and direct. The most sought after web content gives factual information on specific topics. Usually a one-page article is just about the right length. If your articles are too long, the user may lose interest and move on to another web site. If your article is too short, you will not be able to include enough information to tell the reader what he or she needs to know. A simple, one page article containing three to five paragraphs is perfect for your web site or to submit to an article directory, include in your newsletter, or post to blogs.
When writing your articles, include the most relevant information on your topic with links to further information included in your resource box or on your web site. Cover the general information you wish to pass on to the reader and make it easy for readers to locate additional information on the topic. A web site containing many pages with brief, precise content is much better than a web site containing 3 pages with extremely long, complex articles. Keeping the interest of the reader is your top priority. The average web site visitor does not want to spend a lot of time finding the information they desire, but rather locate general information quickly with the option to explore more in-depth coverage easily.
Creating user-friendly content is imperative to keeping the interest of the reader and enticing them to explore the subject further. Begin your article with a description of what information your article will contain, continue with the information written in a short, direct style, and end with a summary of what the reader has learned from your article. If you have a well-designed web site, you will be able to lead the reader to further information through links placed to the side or at the end of your article. If your article is for advertising purposes such as in a newsletter or to submit to an article directory, a short resource box at the end of your article containing your name, a short bio, and a link to your web site will be the best approach. Do not distribute links throughout your article, as it can be confusing and distracting to the reader.
Remember to include all relevant and necessary information, but do not overwhelm the reader with intricate details. Focus on your specific subject and keep your articles brief. Choose your keywords carefully so that readers and search engines will easily identify the article as containing pertinent information. A one-page article containing precise information and links allowing the reader to easily find additional information is the key to writing a great article.

Don't Worry or Doubt, Check It Out!by
Barbara White“Personal relationships are the fertile soil from which all advancement, all success, all achievement in real life grows” Ben Stein
Life would be difficult without the blessing of significant relationships as an integral part of our lifestyle. However although relationships can be the source of much joy and happiness, they also can frequently be a source of pain, stress, conflict and anxiety. It is a sad factor that when we have a close relationship the openness and vulnerability that we share with that person has the ability to bring both happiness and also pain.
There is a natural response when we feel hurt to protect ourselves from being hurt again. Frequently this protection involves creating a wall around the heart, distancing the emotions to avoid pain. This very act may well protect a person from feeling more pain, and keep it at bay, but also means shutting out the potential of enjoyment in the relationship as well. A wall keeps out both good and bad!
Unfortunately it is a fact that too many people become detached from potentially meaningful relationships through misunderstanding and assumptions about the other person. The reality is we can never fully know a person and understand them, and often we see things from a totally different perspective, and even speak a different emotional language. A tone of voice, a look, or a comment can easily be misinterpreted, and our response is to feel hurt or offended. If this happens it is all too easy to into a pattern of assuming and responding to that assumption until the whole incident becomes a large issue.
How does this situation occur? The basic problem arises from the fact that people are afraid of what they don’t know. They assume facts that may not in reality exist, and then build prejudices around those assumptions. Bad decisions are then made based on those assumptions, on rumors, other people’s opinions or perceived behaviour.
Many of these situations could have been non events, if time had been taken to check out the actual facts. If a person is aware of the actual facts about a situation, person, problem or opportunity, then decisions can be made based on what is real rather than what is being perceived.
“There may be some substitute for hard facts, but if there is, I have no idea what it could be.” J. Paul Getty
For example, I go to a social function and meet my friend. She has a scowl on her face, seems aloof and practically ignores me and my efforts at friendly conversation. It would be easy for me assume that she is mad at me, and spend a lot of energy wondering what I had done to upset her. I may start tiptoeing around her anticipating a blow up.
A healthier alternative for our relationship would be to say “You don’t look happy, what’s going on?” By checking out what the real facts are I will either discover whether I really did do something wrong, or that something has happened that I don’t know about that is totally unrelated to me. Either way I am in a better position to help lighten her mood as I know the actual facts.
When communication issues occur in a relationship the best way to find out the truth is to ask questions to discover what the other person actually means. What a person means can be very different from an interpretation from your different perspective. Sometimes people may make a statement, and not tell you the reasons why they said it. This can lead to a minefield of speculation and assumptions. This can often happen when communicating with men. A man tends to answer questions with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’, (or a brief response) and not give any explanation for his position. Women are more likely to give reasons. So by asking questions such as ‘Do you mean……’ you will get more clarity and will not be left wondering what is going on.
It does take more commitment to the relationship to push through communication difficulties and not rely on assumptions. We prefer to not speak or confront when we sense an atmosphere, or feel hurt by a comment. However if you keep to the adage ‘When in doubt, Check it out’ and push through those uncomfortable feelings you will reap the benefits in the relationship. Your relationship will become stronger and you will gain a greater understanding and appreciation of each other. So……… Don’t doubt, Check it out!

Tips For Managing Multiple Ebay Auctions.-Print: "Tips For Managing Multiple Ebay Auctions. - By: Kirsten Hawkins
It can be very time-consuming to keep your auctions ticking along, especially if you have hundreds listed at a time. Dont despair, though: there are a few things you can do to take the weight off you.
Use My eBay.
If you want a broad overview of where you are with your auctions, make sure you pay a visit to My eBay occasionally instead of just relying on emails. With my eBay, you can see all your auctions in a big table, and sort by things like the number of bids and the current price. If you want to see which of your auctions currently has no bids, then you can do that.
One of the most useful things about My eBay, though, is the Summary view. If youre not sure what you should be doing next, then this acts effectively as an eBay to-do list: anything you need to be doing will end up here.
Use Selling Manager.
If youre willing to pay the fee of $4.99 per month, you can sign up for Selling Manager, which is a more effective version of the My eBay Selling view. It lets you customise your view more effectively to see the information thats important to you, see useful snapshots of how things are going, make automated responses to your buyers using email templates, and more.
Selling Manager Pro gives you more features: it keeps track of inventory for you, and lets you relist items in bulk. It will even produce a monthly profit and loss report to help you keep track of the big picture. Unfortunately, it costs $15.99 per month.
Use a Listing Tool.
Even though theyre called listing tools, much of the software out there lets you manage what youre doing long after its been listed, with all the features of Selling Manager and so"
Using Blog This Tool at Blogger
I have been using the blogthis tool, but noticed that if you have more than one blog it puts your post on the last one you actually posted at not the one you select in the dropdown menu. If anyone has had this problem will you tell me how to fix it.
Regards,
Laurie

5 Simple, Free And Easy Ways To Show Your Kids How Much You Care: "5 Simple, Free And Easy Ways To Show Your Kids How Much You Care
By: articles411.com webmaster
by Laurie Meade
As a work at home mom, I know I spend more time on the computer than I really should. It is at these times, when my 11-year-old daughter accuses me of 'being married' to my computer, that I have to stop and re-think some of my values as a parent.
Repeat what they said with a reflective statement such as: 'I can tell that this is a big concern to you.' Rephrase what they said back to them, so they know you actually heard what they are saying.
Just having a CLEAN and ORGANIZED HOME is a simple way to show them they are important and you want them to stay safe and healthy.
a) When the housework is starting to wear on your nerves, just say a prayer of thanks that you have those beautiful children to clean u"

Creating Ebay Selling Opportunities By Communicating With Your Buyer: "Creating Ebay Selling Opportunities By Communicating With Your Buyer
By: Kirsten Hawkins
One thing many eBay sellers neglect is to actually communicate with their buyers not with some automated suggestion system, but with actual person-to-person contact. If you can be friendly and sound nice, then you can make them think youre doing them a favour while you make a few extra sales.
I Could Throw In
When you receive an order for an item that costs a lot for shipping and needs some kind of equipment, this is an ideal opportunity to make a friendly extra sale. For example, if someone has just bought a computer, you could send an email like this:
Im just emailing you to ask if youd like a mouse or a keyboard since youre buying a computer from me, I can throw in any accessories you want without charging any extra shipping. If youre not interested though, then dont worry about it it was just a thought.
Note how informal this email has to be. It cant stink of sales, or the whole communication thing will be ruined. Would you rather buy something extra from someone who says you might as well, since youre paying shipping anyway or from someone who says something like our valued customers will also love our GREAT DEALS on mice check it out! I know what my answer is.
Know Anyone Else?
Heres a simple thing to try: when you thank your buyer, simply say that if theyre pleased with you then youd really appreciate it if they could spread the word. Many eBay buyers feel like theyve got a real bargain, and combining this with good customer service could be enough to make your customer go out and start"
