You are unique.

When I say that you are unique I am not talking about your face or your body or your finger prints, even though all those are unique to you. What I am really talking about is the essence of you. The you that is above the flesh and blood. The you that the philosophers refer to when they ask the age old question "who am I". The inner you.

This inner you is what determines the outer you. It determines whether you are fat or thin, rich or poor, happy or unhappy. But what determines the inner you?

The inner you is the sum total of your thoughts. If you keep thinking the same types of thoughts that you usually think then the inner you will stay the same and, as a result, your life will stay the same. But if you change the way you think the inner you will change and consequentially your life will change.

Whether you stay the same, change for the better or change for the worse is all dependent on what you habitually think.

Just as an apple cannot grow from the seed of an orange then a happy life cannot grow from thoughts of sadness, riches cannot spring from poverty thinking and a life of fulfillment cannot result from thoughts of lack.

Your thoughts determine who you are, which in turn determines the life you have. If you want to change the life you have then you have to change who you are. You can accomplish this change by changing your thoughts.

This relationship between your thoughts and your life has been known for thousands of years. You will see it appearing again and again in the writings of the wise throughout the ages. Yet, in this so called golden age of knowledge, most people still have no idea of this relationship between their thoughts and their life.

How often do you hear people saying things such as "I want to be rich but I don't want to change"? That is like saying I want to grow oranges but I only want to plant apple seeds. A very wise person once said "the best definition of insanity is continuing to do the same things and expecting the results to be different". I'd like to paraphrase that; the best definition of insanity is continuing to think the same types of thoughts and expecting your life to be different.

Try this little experiment. Tomorrow take particular care to be aware of everything you think and say. Ask yourself if those thoughts and words (which are really the expression of your thoughts) are success oriented of mediocrity oriented? If those thoughts and words became the blueprint for your future life what would that life be like?

Well that's exactly what your thoughts are; the blue print for your future life.

Everything in this world is subject to the laws of nature and that includes your life. One of the most important laws relating to your quality of life is "You are now and you will become what you habitually think". Living by this law is the first step to having everything you want in life.

James Delrojo would like to help you by giving you his
ebook "Unleash the Success Power of Your Mind"
(valued at $27)completely FREE.
Go to http://www.YourSuccessMind.com

Article Source: http://articles411.com

Find more great articles like this at

Well that's what we'll be covering today. In today's article I'm going to introduce some simple exercises, which will help you magnetize success. You have to breathe, live, and act out your success in every day life, while at the same time going about your daily chores.

Most people who work for others find it hard to change the patterns they've become accustomed to. However that's one of the most important aspects of creating a success mindset, is change. Because if you were successful, why create a success mindset? There are many benefits of thinking in a successful manner; some are less stress, and more happiness. Psychologists find that people who naturally attract success live longer, are able to cope with difficulty in a profound way, and enjoy the challenge of life.

In this article we'll go through some of the simple steps you can take each day to work your way towards emotional and financial freedom. You see, the way you feel about money is one of the most important aspects about making it. Many people's success is determined long before they fail or success. It's because certain habits of the mind, and traits carried over from childhood were never tackled and overcome.

So the first thing I want you to do every morning, and evening, is reflect. Everybody needs some time in their day where they can take a break from the hectic pace of modern day living. While you are relaxing and reflecting on the day?s accomplishments and failures, take some deep breaths and really relax your body. Increased blood flow, deep breathing, are all good signs of stress relief.

It's hard to make money if you are stressed out, tired, or generally unhappy. So first, if that's the case, relax yourself and realize that there are an infinite amount of opportunities where ever you go. You could walk down the street and find a million dollars! While that's not very likely, it is still pssible.

After you've completely relaxed and let off some steam, just simply think about possibilities. Imagine yourself making just a little bit more income, in an easy and enjoyable way. One secret of success is the rule whereby you set moderate goals. Want to be a millionaire? Well unless you're already making $500,000 or more a year, don't think about it. A reasonable goal is to add an extra 10% income per month.

So while you're taking these three simple steps everyday, every week you should review your accomplishments and failures. Also keep a journal about your emotional states and how they effect your motivation and spending habits. I've seen too many people get a little depressed, or too happy, and blow their paychecks on a two hour shopping spree. The key to becoming wealthy is moderation, while at the same time taking risks, smart risks.

So now you have three tools that will enhance your ability to think, and thus your ability to make money. Walking through the week with a cloud over your head will only hold you back. It's important to do the following three things every day and week, and you?ll soon see the different patterns that have determined where your successful, why, and how to change.

First, relax. Physical relaxation techniques are a dime a dozen on the internet. Find one that suits you and utilize it every day and night before bed. It's proven that relaxing each muscle progressively is beneficial both physically and emotionally/mentally. You'll be able to think clearer and focus on what?s important.

Second, review. Keep a journal of daily activities, spending habits, emotions, and thoughts. It's important to keep a track record of how you felt, and a journal is always good to look back on. Not only for good memories but let us say you made a bad investment. Go back and read your journal around that time and determine what was happening at that point in your life? I can?t stress the importance enough of really getting to know yourself. It will help you overcome impulse spending and many other bad habits.

Third, set goals. You must be able to set goals and accomplish them. Most people fail the minute they set a goal, because they're aiming too high. There are some in the business world that say aim high. That's different. Those type of people have already done these three things naturally probably their entire life and are naturally successful people. But we?re talking about changing from nothing to something.

After a few weeks of steady work, you're sweat and tears will pay off. Be sure to read the Success Mindset part 2!

Keith Londrie II is a successful Webmaster and the owner and publisher of moneytobemadeonline.com A website that specializes in providing tips on how to REALLY make money online that you can research on the internet in your pajamas from the comfort of your own home. It features some of the world's greatest teachers, philosophers, entrepreneurs, scientists, doctors, authors and financial advisors and presents the concept of the Law of Attraction in a manner that anyone and everyone can understand.

The trouble with The Secret, or rather I should say with people's comprehension of The Secret and the Law of Attraction, is that many people only half get it.

They think to themselves, "Oh! If I just wish for something then I'll receive it." If only life were that simple. Also, you know they just might get away with it if they decided what they wanted and held that image steadfastly in their mind.

However, people may say they want something but continually look at their current circumstances which do not support what they want. They worry about how they will actually achieve what they want. They doubt themselves and the Universe repeatedly and then, as time passes by, they become even more jaded in their thoughts and their thoughts become increasingly negative and self-defeating.

Genevieve Behrend in her book Your Invisible Power wrote,

"When your understanding grasps the power to visualise your heart's desires and holds it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfilment of that picture by the harmonious vibration of the Law of Attraction."

Thoughts become things. So the thoughts we have become manifest whether they be positive or negative. The Universe always delivers.

I like to explain this concept to my clients using a jigsaw puzzle. It's something I've stolen from Robert Allen though I've expanded it. Imagine you are given a jigsaw puzzle to put together. It could be a relatively simple puzzle with just a few hundred pieces or it could have thousands of pieces. The problem is you haven't been given an image of what the finished puzzle will look like. Could you complete the puzzle?

Take a second scenario where you have been given an image but it is incomplete or the image is faded and difficult to make out. How easy would it be to for you to complete the puzzle?

Take a third scenario where you are given an image for the puzzle but the image keeps changing. You look at it and one minute it represents this, then that. How easy would it be for you to complete the puzzle?

Obviously, the best conditions to complete the puzzle are where you have a clear, sharp, well-defined image. Unfortunately, it is the former scenarios that we often present to the Universe – no image, broken image or continually changing image and then we wonder why things don't turn out the way we say we want them to.

The key then is to create an image with as much clarity and detail as possible and hold onto to that image but this is not enough. Recall the second part of quote I mentioned by Genevieve Behrend, or as she expresses another way:

"The conscious use of this great power [visualisation] attracts to you multiplied resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognise."

Some people think that visualisation alone will do the trick and get them the things they desire. No. It's like arranging a date with someone, agreeing to meet them at a particular rendezvous and then you stay at home.

The Universe will move towards you. You must respond by moving towards the Universe and taking advantage of the opportunities that the Universe brings to you in order to achieve that which you desire. Darn! Yes, you have to do some work.

I love this quote by Winston Churchill:

"During their lifetimes, every man and woman will stumble across a great opportunity. Sadly, most of them will simply pick themselves up, dust themselves down and carry on as if nothing ever happened"

And that is exactly what happens. The Universe will make available numerous opportunities to help us achieve our goals yet we often fail to recognise them or take full advantage of them. There's a saying "Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it." Having goals is important but more important it is what we become as we achieve a particular goal.

Of course there will be obstacles. That's the whole point of this game called life. Would you play any board game or computer game if there were no obstacles or rules to make the game more challenging? Of course not, that would be so boring. Why then do we expect the biggest and best game of all to be any different?

So dream, dream big and hold on fast to your dream. Embrace every challenge that comes your way; brush the fear of failure aside. You might not get what you want; you just might get something even better. As Joan Curcio puts it:

"Jump into the middle of things, get your hands dirty, fall flat on your face, and then reach for the stars."

Nickolove Lovemore is a Life & Success Coach and a Certified NLP Practitioner.

The boy asks him which of the two will win the battle. The father replies, "Whichever one I feed."

It's very true.

The feelings that we nurture and return to, time after time, are the ones which come to dominate our thoughts and actions, while the ones we turn away from fade away.
The exciting thing is, we have a choice. Although the two wolves both exist, we can choose which one of them we want to feed. That means, we choose which one will win.

You probably know people who feel sorry for themselves, who belittle others, who seem to get some kind of pleasure out of feeling miserable, who portray themselves as victims and reject the affections of anyone who doesn't offer constant sympathy. Often it seems to everybody but themselves that they actually have a whole lot going for them, but they're apt to be defensive if anyone should ever dare to point that out!

That's a classic example of what happens when you feed the bad wolf. You don't satisfy an appetite for any kind of feeling when you feed it - you only make it stronger. If you indulge negative feelings about yourself or other people, you strengthen them until they're very hard indeed to break away from.

The other side of the coin's what happens when you feed the GOOD wolf. If you know people who always seem to get a real kick out of life, who laugh a lot, have lots of friends and interests, and light up the room with energy and sparkle, who succeed in everything they turn their hand to and who always seem to have a lot of fun, you don't need ask which wolf THEY'RE feeding.
So, how DO you feed the good wolf, then?

You give it what it most enjoys.

It has the most enormous appetite for feeling good, for having a positive self-image and strong self-esteem, for kindness, understanding, positive attitudes and healthy laughter. It feeds on self-respect, and tolerance for other people. It thrives on learning skills for the achievement of a purpose, and it loves the satisfaction of attaining worthwhile goals. It laps up happiness. Above all, it relishes enjoying life and sharing joy with others.

When was the last time you wanted to laugh aloud, or sing, or dance, or turn a somersault, just from the sheer delight of being alive? That state of mind's the one that feeds the good wolf best of all.

If YOUR good wolf's been going hungry, here's how you can provide it with an instant banquet.
Sit back and relax, and clear your mind of everything. Just let your thoughts all drift away, and feel yourself becoming warm and comfortable. Let your mouth relax into a smile.

Now, think of something that makes you feel exhilarated. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's something that makes you light up as though somebody had pressed a switch.

This isn't the moment for something comforting and soothing - this is about the sort of joy that makes you want to shout out from the rooftops that life's wonderful.

If that's not the way you feel right now, then think of of anything that's ever made you feel delight and wonder. If you can't immediately remember anything that's made you feel that way, imagine what it WOULD feel like to be totally spontaneous and carefree.

Now, focus on that feeling, and experience it as strongly as you can. Revel in it... relish every detail. Your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between what's really happening and what you only FEEL is happening, so concentrate on that great feeling till it becomes completely real for you.

Do this for at least 10-15 minutes, and make yourself a promise that you'll do it regularly. That way you'll give yourself a surge of energy that will benefit yourself, your work and all you come in contact with.

Remember that you WILL get what you focus on, whether it's positive or negative. What's more, you won't just get it, you'll BECOME it... an upbeat, enthusiastic, sparkling and happy person, or a miserable and self-destructive loser.

The choice is yours. Your mind will give you everything you ask of it -- and it will give you it in quantities you haven't dreamed of yet.

Make sure you feed the GOOD wolf... because the wolf that wins the battle is the one you feed.

Aislinn O'Connor is a motivational writer and personal development consultant specialising in helping you to use your inner, subconscious mind to transform your life and circumstances. But the 2 listed above, are the ones used most to represent the 2 main functions of your mind.

To help us better understand the conscious and subconscious mind, they may be compared to a tree and its roots…

• You’re conscious mind being the tree, which helps you with daily situations like, decision-making, rational thinking, or just simply figuring out what to do and how best to do it.

When we think of ‘me’ we think of our conscious mind, the mind of which we are fully aware. This part of the mind makes decisions for us and directs our activities; it also analyzes, criticises and even commands us.

• You’re subconscious mind being the roots; it deals mostly with the repetitions of learned behaviour. This can be very helpful for you, as it enables you to deal with situations much more easily the next time they arise.

Whatever we see, hear, smell, taste, touch or feel passes through the conscious mind and reaches the subconscious mind where it is stored.

Once you have learned how best to deal with the situation you find it much easier the next time around… this is because you are using information which is already stored.

For instance, once you have learned to ride a bike you don’t have to consciously think about it anymore. This is because the stored information will come to you automatically the next time you get on your bike to ride it.

Just as if you were to learn where each letter on your keyboard is - you can now type without looking because you have formed a mental picture in your subconscious mind, of what the keyboard actually looks like.

The above are only two instances (of how the subconscious mind stores up relations of learned behaviour) and we are sure you would be able to find many more examples of this in your everyday life!

Information from the conscious mind gets past into the subconscious mind, and there is a very strong link between the two. It is said that everything you have ever seen, heard and experienced is perceived by your conscious mind, and then stored away into your subconscious mind as a memory.

Not only is this memory stored as the incident itself, but also any feelings which went with it at the time are also stored.

Your subconscious mind does not only store your memories and feelings. It is the maker of all the great ideas you have ever had, and is also the seat of your intuition and creativeness…

Your subconscious also keeps you going without you even being aware of it. It takes care of your bodily functions – your heart beat, and automatically runs such activities as, movement, language, visual perception and a whole host of other processes of your mind and body for you.

It also scans your mind for conflict and distress; assesses your environment for danger and threats, and relays and interprets perceptions, sensations, and feeling… last but not least it is also the storehouse of all your experience and decisions – everything which makes you the person you are.

Dale Odeyemi, is the creator of some excellent mind power ebooks
which are sure to help you on your quest for personal power and development… You can also get your hands on 10 Mind-Power-Lessons at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever! The boat is equipped with the latest instruments and gadgets. All the officers and the sailors are fully trained. The fuel tanks are full. The machinery is in order. Everything is fit and fine. Except that the boat has started sailing, but the captain does not know the destination.

Some people live like this boat. They are well educated, and healthy in body. But as they have set no goals for their life, they keep on changing the direction at every opportunity. What are goals and how do goals help us in life? Let us discuss this. We have many parts in our life that combine together to give us a whole look. Career, home, religion, hobbies, friends are some such parts of our life.

For some of us who are young, career goals take the priority. For some others family goals are equally important. For those who are now retired, friends, hobbies, religion, get the priority. One has to sit quietly and think and write about one's goals. One has to imagine of the ideal life, one desires, and what must happen to get that ideal life. That will give broad parameters of goals in different areas.

Once we know our goals in general, we have to prioritize them. What comes first? For example, If I have a goal of getting more promotions and reaching the top of my company, should I not give more time and thought to that compared to developing new friendships? After the broad goals are set, divide them in small parts of the time frame. I want to reach the top of my company in next ten years. This year, I will try and get at least one promotion. Or I have a goal of keeping myself fit for my life. This year, I will change my diet to include more of fibers and stop eating what my doctor advises me not to. I will not give in to temptations, but always keep my goal of fitness in my mind.

After diving the goals in small steps, take a weekly summary of everything. What did I achieve this week? Was it satisfactory? Where did I go wrong? What needs correction? What are my goals for the coming week? Same exercise should be repeated every week, every month and every end of the year.

As you find that you are not only setting goals, but also are nearing them, it will give you more inspiration. It will increase your self esteem. It will give you focus and it will give you more determination. Happiness is the result of hard work and achievements. No one who wastes away the time, ever feels happy. Happiness comes after realizing that you completed your work to your own satisfaction. Thank you for the day today. God, I tried to do everything to the best of my abilities. I may have done few things right and others wrong. Please forgive me, my mistakes and please reward me for my successes if you so desire.

God, I want to forget today and get up fresh tomorrow. I also want to forget all of my past. God, I want to love tomorrow as if it is my birthday. I want to treat tomorrow as my new birth and forget all of my past. This will help me live life in a new way every day without any burden of the past. God, please help me doing this. God, There are many incidents of my past which were very bad when they occurred. But today, I don’t even remember them. I want to do this to all my incidents of today. I don’t want them to fade away from my memory slowly. But I want to bury them now. God, please help me doing that.

God, Please give me new ideas tomorrow. Please give me a new outlook. Let me treat all the obstacles as challenges. Let me enjoy fighting with them rather than getting frustrated by them. God, please give me a new way of looking at the things. Let all the situations be a test situation for me. Rather than getting annoyed and irritated, let me look at them as my adversaries that have to be outwitted by me. Let me do this in a playful way.

God, let me do this everyday. God, let me pray to you in the same way everyday. God thank you very much.

The author, CD Mohatta writes on topics like inspiration, life, love, etc in wallpapers, screensavers and ecards. On how well life is going for you? Or on how much business you’ve been doing compared to last year, or how well your superiors have been rating you? Or on how much your partner loves you and how much you revel in the relationship you’re having? On the excellent state of your bank account? On your ever-present good health and slim and trim physique? Or on the joy you experience each time you sit down to dinner with your teenage children? On the wonderful vacation you came back from recently and the even more exciting one you are planning for the near future? Or on the good way you feel about yourself and all the things you are creating and doing with your life?

What You Think is What You Are

I can just hear you spluttering. “What kind of romantic thinking is this? Where do these ideas come from? I don’t know anybody who thinks like that.”

True. Most people don’t think like that. In fact, most people think the exact opposite of that. Most people concentrate on all the things that are going wrong with their lives. Most people spend much of their time thinking about their problems and wondering how they are going to solve them. Most people think about all the things that could go wrong with their lives or about the people or events that stand in the way of their success. Most people think and think and think about whatever it is that worries them, because they believe that that is the way to resolve the problem. The fact is that most people focus so much on what they are afraid of, or what bothers them, or what stresses them, or what they don’t know how to solve, that they are giving all or most of their conscious and subconscious energy to a negative outcome – the problem.

What Kind of an Outcome Do You Want?

Consider this: the more you give your energy to one thing, the more that thing has a possibility of coming into being. If you concentrate on getting a university degree, you will most likely achieve that goal. If you concentrate on writing a book, you will again probably achieve that goal. But what happens if you continually tell yourself, while you are concentrating on getting the degree, that you are not intelligent enough to pass the exams, or that you simply are incapable of understanding the course material? And what happens, if you continually tell yourself while you are concentrating on writing the book, that you will never be able to write well, or that your story is not good enough? Obviously you are not only undermining yourself and sabotaging your desired outcomes, but you may also be creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Focus and Intention

So what can you do? Let’s assume you are convinced that you lack the intelligence to pass the exams. Or that you are convinced that you will never write well. You have a goal, and that goal is to get a degree or to write a book. In order to focus on that goal, your mission is to ensure that your thoughts are aligned with – or intentionally focused on - that goal. Therefore, whenever your thoughts stray from the goal into negative territory, you need to pull them back into the arena of positive results.

Goals and Fears

But focusing on a desired goal is very hard for a very simple reason: we are far too used to focusing on the fears surrounding the goal (I am so afraid I will never have a great relationship, rather than imagining in your mind’s eye the great relationship in the way you want it to be; or how will I ever get that promotion rather than imagining in your mind’s eye the way you will feel when you do get the hoped-for promotion).

How to Focus

So how do you focus? When you worry, and your mind goes around and around a problem, or some stress in your life, you are very focused on the problem. It is exactly at that moment that you need to re-focus and see your desired goal or outcome in your mind’s eye, rather than all the problems you associate with it. The more time you spend on whatever it is you want to have in your life – whether this is a material goal, a professional goal, a relational goal, or whatever – makes absolutely no difference, the more you will be in a position to achieve it, to attract it into your life. The more you think – and focus – on that goal in a positive way, the more you allow yourself to "feel" the way you would feel if you already had the results, the more likely it is that you will attain your desired outcome. This is the Law of Attraction.

Intentionally Re-focus on the Positive

Remember: the time you spend worrying about the desired outcome is time spent focusing on the opposite of what you want, so become very aware of all your thoughts and focus them in the right direction. Do this consistently each time you catch yourself thinking the negative version of your goals until intentionally re-focusing on the positive becomes second nature. This habit is like strengthening a muscle, if you do it every day, it will happen more and more frequently and naturally, and soon you will find that not only do the majority of your thoughts and feelings focus on the positive direction of your goals, but that those positive goals become part of your reality.

As A Man Thinketh

Make time to read a complimentary copy of the e-book version of James Allen’s classic As A Man Thinketh by signing up for my free monthly e-zine and begin to understand how your thoughts and your feelings contribute in immeasurable ways to the fulfillment of your goals and dreams. I would need no tickets to fly. Just fly whenever I want. I would save a lot on air tickets! Jokes apart, what does a bird see from the sky? What does it feel? What opinions does it form and how does it look at human beings?

Let us first talk about birds. Have we ever thought that a small bird that comes out of the egg, flies without any help from any aircraft companies? It needs no design and no development of latest alloys or other light-weight materials to fly. It flies itself without any help from mankind. It can swoop down or rise fast, sit or simply glide in the air. It does all this effortlessly without any chance of failure!

Now, let me become a bird and start my daily journey. I will not reveal about the part of the world I live in. What is the first thing I see? I watch the sun rising in the east. What a glorious sight is this! Sun, the great star, because of whom, we are all alive. As the day begins, I watch people moving around in the streets. I fly higher in the sky. Figures start looking very small on the ground. These people who look so small from the height, think that they own the world. When I watch their expressions of worry and anxiety, I wonder. I want them to come with me and watch themselves from the height. As they
will rise higher, they will realize that they are small, very small. And they will stop worrying.

How can you think of yourself as insignificant in the universe and still worry so much? This is the only cure for the worried people. Don't think that the world will come down if you don't worry about your problems. Carry on and let the problems not bother you so much that you stop living. What a beautiful thought of a bird.

Writing for greeting cards, screensavers and desktop wallpapers is the hobby of CD Mohatta. Are you trying to reduce tenant turnover? Are you trying to cut costs while improving quality of service and tenant satisfaction? There is now one easy and effective method that would support better customer service, streamline productivity, and improve your financial bottom line. Sounds like the impossible dream, but it’s not.

To remain successful in today’s competitive real estate market, owner and property managers should consider what industry leaders are already instituting at their sites: corporate concierge services. Offering tenant amenities is rapidly becoming the “it-factor” that makes all the difference.

In order for you to attract and retain quality tenants, you need to remain competitive in the real estate industry. We pay no attention to the beautiful dance of the clouds that can inspire us to live a pleasant life. Have you ever thought of the clouds? From where do they come? Where do they go? What do they do in the sky? How can they bear the harsh sun directly?

As I said, where do the clouds come from? Think about it? It is as if they come from nowhere. And it is as if go to a place unknown to all of us. None of us thinks about them. But they stay peacefully in the sky moving slowly with the wind. Some clouds have beautiful shapes, some are in a cluster and sometimes we see a lone cloud in the sky. They all look so peaceful and serene. As if they are the masters of peace, showing no disturbance at all.

And look at the colors of the clouds. Most of them are white as if someone has spread pure white cotton in the sky. Soft and silky in texture, white in color - innocence personified. The birds do know something about the clouds, because they meet the clouds often. What must they all be talking with each other? All mysteries of the world that we refuse to admire.

And what is the chief objective of the clouds? Either to bring rain to the parched earth or give shade to the needy. That is the lesson we can get inspiration from. Innocent and pure clouds expect nothing, but give what all they can. What a meaningful lesson.

If some of us learn this lesson of remaining pure and unselfish in thought, with no anger towards anyone and compassion towards all irrespective of any differences, our living would become so much better. Good deeds are not meant only for the saints, but all of us can act in our own way to give more and expect less in return and create a peaceful life for ourselves.

C.D.Mohatta writes for free ecards and fun quiz cards. Aren’t you sick and tired of it? Here’s a few real simple ways to have no fear and achieve peace of mind.

No Fear Tip #1:

Some people think fear is not normal. All people have fears. It is one of the emotions programmed into your Life Guidance System.

The question is not if you feel fear. The question is how quickly you can move through or past fear to achieve peace of mind.

No Fear Tip #2:

The lowest emotional level in your Life Guidance System is fear. It works against you to create 99% of what you do not want in your life.

Love and gratitude are the opposite of fear and the highest emotional level in your Life Guidance System. Feelings of love and gratitude can create 100% of what you do want in your life.

No Fear Tip #3:

Before giving in to your fears, look at them statistically. How often does what you fear ever happen?

No Fear Tip #4:

There are reasons for your fear. The latest brain research reveals adults feel and act in accordance to how their brains were programmed during childhood and adolescence. You may find your fears are irrational now.

No Fear Tip #5:

Get out a pen and paper and write down all the times in your life you have been taken care of, watched over or protected. Give thanks for all this guidance, love and protection. Affirm that it will always be this way.

No Fear Tip #6:

Focus on courage in your mind, your prayers and your intentions. Courage moves fear out and helps you create what you do want in your life. Think with courage. Act with courage. Pray with courage. Feel courageous and enjoy the peace of mind that comes.

No Fear Tip #7:

Follow Emerson’s guidance, “Do the things you fear and the death of fear is certain.”

Does having the courage to do what you are afraid of make sense? Should you consider doing it? As you take action, fear could subside.

No Fear Tip #8:

Fear is the seventh most powerful force in the world. Surprised it isn’t number one?

Love and gratitude are the most powerful force, with five other emotions in your Life Guidance System more powerful than fear. You have power available to you which is greater than fear. Focus on the upper six emotions of your Life Guidance System and experience no fear or much less fear.

No Fear Tip #9:

For peace of mind create focus on living from the upper six emotions of your Life Guidance System.

Research has confirmed these emotions create 75% to 100% of what you want in your life. What you focus on with your mind is formed and experienced in your outside world

No Fear Tip #10:

Help other people find the courage overcome their fears and experience peace of mind. When you are not in fear, but standing back rationally helping another with their fears, you will quickly see fears can be unfounded and simple to overcome. In helping another have no fear, it will become easier for you to let go of yours.

So there you have it. Start now and you could have a life filled with peace of mind, courage and no fear.

Learn how to heal abuse, resolve conflict without giving in, have more love and create what you want. The mere addition of years does not make that happen. The dependency many adults choose, in fact, keeps them in a child-like mentality. If the doctor makes our health decisions, an accountant our financial ones, a minister our moral ones and a politician is left to decide our rights, how is that different from a child being told what to do by teachers and parents?

Substituting authority figures and shifting dependencies does not equal maturity.

Childhood is necessarily filled with lots of dos and don’ts, rights and wrongs, rewards and punishments. However, children who are well disciplined are not necessarily self-motivated. Tell children not to tattle and perhaps they won’t – for a while. Teach them ethical concepts of confidentiality and loyalty by touching their inner sense of conscience, and tattling is more likely to be removed from the personality. Discipline a child who followed the neighborhood ringleader and threw apples at passing cars, and perhaps, just maybe, he won’t throw apples again. By giving him self-confidence he will more likely have the courage to turn from peer pressure. Tell a child not to eat so many French fries and perhaps she won’t – until the next chance when you’re not around. Teach her the logic behind the value of natural foods and the damaging effects of food processing and you have given her a life-long road map to better health.

Growing up is about thinking – reasons, causes, consequences, exercising conscience and the long-range view. Unfortunately, as we distance ourselves from the natural world, in our comfortable homes, air conditioned automobiles, and cushy jobs, we think less and less as we become more and more dependent. We live in a time when virtually every need can be met with barely getting out of a chair. No hunting and gathering today. Nope, refrigerators are full, and if they aren’t we can drive to a grocery. If we’ve incapacitated ourselves enough we can get the nearest handicapped space and use a battery cart so we don’t even have to walk to do that. Back home we have every imaginable modern appliance making life “easier.” The television set is there handy for more dumbing down and to give us a rest from that grueling trip to the store and fast food stop on the way home.

Our modern world of convenience is a health trap, both mentally and physically. But we clamor for more convenience, more leisure, less responsibility, more entertainment and less work. We need the opposite, more work and activity for our physical health and more control over our lives for our mental health. We’re like sheep begging to be led to the slaughter. The less we take care of ourselves, the more we become dependent on others, the more we put ourselves at their mercy. Will our best interests be served by others or ourselves? Does history teach us that when we surrender to others and trust that they will look after us that that turns out to be the case? The rise and fall of nations throughout time scream a resounding no! Will we learn from history or repeat it?

Although it is difficult in modern, interdependent, complex society, think of yourself as a sovereign. Claim your inalienable rights or you have none. Ultimately you are the best steward of your own welfare. By regaining control you move from childhood and make life more interesting, exhilarating and healthy.

Here are some ideas of what I mean:

1. Need a repair or home improvement? Try it yourself. Buy “do-it-yourself” books and ask hardware and lumberyard clerks how to do it.

2. Sew and mend your own clothes.

3. Plant a garden.

4. Cut each other’s hair.

5. Clean your own teeth.

6. Home school your children.

7. Represent yourself in court.

8. Write letters to right social wrongs. Express yourself after you are fully informed.

9. Help solve the environmental crises – plant trees, recycle, reduce, reuse and get active in protecting common areas and resources.

10. Be as healthy, strong, and as smart as you can be. You learn how to do it; don't try to hire somebody else to.

11. Cook (actually, learn more about how to uncook) your own meals.

12. Prepare your pet’s food.

13. Study the Constitution (when was the last time you read the contract between your government and you?) and assert your rights.

14. Be your own doctor. Study and explore ways to heal yourself and develop your full health potential.

15. Learn to play an instrument. Try it on your own without lessons. Always look for opportunities to say, “I did it all by myself.”

16. Challenge “experts.” If they imply you’re too dumb to understand – fire them.

17. Develop your own business – full or part-time. Make it something you enjoy as much as a hobby. It doesn’t have to be a big moneymaker. It simply has to be yours.

18. Or, make your job your own business by doing more than expected. Be creative and always try to improve. Be a leader at work, not a follower.

19. Bike, walk or roller blade to work. Free yourself from the automobile as much as possible. The sunshine, fresh air and exercise pay some health bonuses as well.

20. Write a book or an article. Yes, you. Write about anything of interest, or about which you are capable of researching. How about an autobiography? You're the best expert on that. If you can get it published, fine. If not, do it yourself.

21. Learn a new sport – but don’t take lessons. Watch, read and buy videos. Surprise yourself and others with what you can do on your own.

22. Stop buying. Necessities and some treats once in a while are fine. But 50 pairs of high heels or 40 neckties? Say no to the marketers. Make a stand with your dollars. Support companies of conscience. Use your money in some way to improve our world. You be the benefactor. You take control. Serve others; don’t demand that they serve you.

23. Take the attitude that if another flesh and blood person can do it, so can you. It might take you longer and you might not do it as well, but so what?

Get the idea?

Granted, you can’t become totally self-sufficient, but every step you make in that direction – the more you can thumb your nose at “experts” and government dependence – the more life you will have, the longer you will live it and the healthier you will be. A population busy taking care of itself will value and protect the freedom to do so. A population ignorant, dependent and with their hands out to government invites despotism.

Don’t let modern life smother you with its beguiling lure of ease and comfort. So have you been have “Nightmares” or “Goodmares”? If you are feeling oppressed or depressed you are probably have the first one, but if you have good things going on you are probably have the second.

Some say that the first one could be a premonition of things to come or an evilness in the dreamer. But could it just be an inner talk going on within you that is allowing your mind to create these? I am not a psychologist, have never studied Sigmund Freud and really don’t delve in that area. But I do feel that if you are relaxed and happy with your life, you are more likely to have “Goodmares”.

I am not really here to talk about your “..mares” I am really here to talk to you about your Dreams, your Aspirations, your Desires and your Inspirations. One definition the dictionary has for Dream is: “A condition or achievement that is longer for; an aspiration.” That is what is important to you and to your future.

Only Children Or Younger People Dream

Remember when you used to Dream and let your imagination run wild, when you ran freely through a meadow or traveled to new places or conquered domains – became the King or Queen and ruled over the land. Maybe you dreamed of driving the new car you just saw on the showroom with Mom and Dad or living in the house you saw while driving somewhere with your parents. Those were the good days when you let your imagination run freely and life was grand. Sadly, the times that we Dreamed were mainly in our earlier years and as we grew up, the Dreaming seemed to become less relevant. In Junior High and High School you had different dreams to an extent, when you went to College or started you job you had dreams to some extent.

But then reality sets in and you became involved with your career or family or whatever came along and the dreams faded and faded and disappeared. Then your Dreams were replaced with what many call “reality” and it was time to “grow up and forget about the childish things” or maybe it was “what do you want to be when you grow up” question? Some of us have not completely “grown up” yet, we still have times when we dream or “fantasize” about better places and things. But we don’t put action to it because we don’t know how or we are afraid of failure or success or being laughed at by our “friends”. Would true friends laugh at you or would they encourage you? Hummm, that could be food for thought.

Could there POWER in a dream?

The power of a dream is something you need to realize and grab onto. It is the dreamers such as Edison, Carver, Bell, Stanley, Ford, Trump, Gates, and many more who have had Dreams that propelled them to do what became great things. Their Dreams were the driving force that allowed them to keep “their nose to the grindstone” and accomplish great things.

There is such a power there that if harnessed, grabbed onto and acted up will allow you to move forward and off of the “treadmill” that you are on today. Dreams give you hope, they give you power and enthusiasm, a tunnel vision of focus to assist you to motivate you to drive you on an adventure of growth and realization about yourself that you might have buried deep and hidden away. They allow you to use your natural talents and learned talents to the max, if you will allow them to. They are the beginning of the whole process of becoming you were meant to be to accomplish what you were meant to accomplish.
“Those Without Dreams Work For Those With Dreams.” Wealth Builders
We all have a destiny, we all have things that we can and should accomplish. To many times we let “life” get in the way and hold us back or hinder us to the point that we give up and believe what the rest of the world says. Get a job, work hard, retire and enjoy your “Golden Years” that is what we did (are doing). I’ve heard it explained very well more than once, “Work 40 hours a week for 40 years and retire with 40% of what you were used to living on!” It is called the 40/40/40 plan and that is the bill of goods we have been sold. Forget those dreams, forget those aspirations and all that childish junk – just do what the rest of us are doing.

It is time to break the bondage of fear of failure or fear of success, it is time to stop the negative inner talk and sit down, relax and let yourself dream again. Dream about your house, your car, your boat, your new lifestyle, your garden, your swimming pool, your whatever it is that you have felt you always desired and deserved. Write those dreams down each and everyone of them. Every time a dream comes alive in your mind – write it down and keep track of all of them. Because they are the first step to moving on with your life.

Gary is the creator of the Achieving Your True Worth System, a complete system that acts as a guide to a life that is worthwhile and exciting.
http://www.sandgmarketing.com

Article Source: http://articles411.com

Find more great articles like this at

You have the ability to transform your life and reach new heights of success and fulfilment. Whether at this moment in time your attitude is positive, negative or somewhere in the middle you can take control of your life and set yourself free! Everyone has potential, the unfortunate thing is that most people go through life and never realise or take advantage of this!

Firstly you must visualize what you want - you the dreams everyone has – unfortunately most people leave them as just that, dreams. The second thing that you must do is see yourself in your dream environment, and see yourself getting there. I can, I will and when I are the things you must say rather than the negative version I can’t, I won’t and if I! Don’t worry if you fall into a more negative category – the good thing about attitude is that you can learn and train yourself to have a positive one given a bit of time and practice.

You’ve told yourself that it is going to happen and now must talk about it by doing this you are making yourself accountable and putting yourself under a little pressure to make it happen! If you dream is to be on Millionaire Street and you are currently in debt – you must realise that this dream is not going to happen overnight in may take a few years – you don’t go around saying you are going to be a millionaire by next Thursday afternoon in three weeks time! Don’t set unrealistic targets otherwise you may put yourself under undue stress and pressure to achieve, which can be detrimental to your cause.

Attitude isn’t everything – it is simply the first thing! Remember it’s going to be action that actually gets you there and the attitude will determine what pace that will be. You are the architect, the builder and the benefactor of all your life’s endeavours. So when something doesn’t go your way the first place to look is inwards. You must ask yourself what you could have done differently to have gotten a more favourable result, after this inward analysis is done then you look at some of the external issues that may have been amiss too.

Everyone has their fears; I don’t mean things like scared of the dark or spiders etc. I am talking about fears to do with success, for example, it might be something that you haven’t learnt to do yet, and you fear that you may fail. Remember that if you don’t try you fail anyway, and if you do fail sometimes then success is that much sweeter because you actually had to get over obstacles to get to the end result.

In summary we’ll use something interesting to illustrate a point. There are 26 letters in the alphabet, A = 1 and Z = 26 working on that basis we assign a number to each letter of the word attitude and add them up:
A(1) + T(20) + T(20) + I(9) + T(20) + U(21) + D(4) + E(5) = 100 - 100% Attitude!
Having a positive or optimistic attitude helps you to achieve more for yourself than a negative or pessimistic one. Visualise what you want, take action to make it happen, overcome any fears and keep plugging away, remember that tree that you see in your local park didn’t get that big overnight. You can learn to train your mind, and over time you will learn how to develop and maintain a positive attitude.

Kaval is an Internet Marketer and actively trades the Financial Markets.
These ideas can be learnt by you at http://www.innerpeacesecrets4u.com/

Kaval is an Internet Marketer and actively trades the Financial Markets.
These ideas can be learnt by you at http://www.innerpeacesecrets4u.com/

Article Source: http://articles411.com
Find more great articles like this at

As you go through your day, show them, the wonderful events going on behind the scenes that we all most usually take for granted.

1. Set the Right Example.

It is better if you teach them by using the appropriate words at the right times yourself. How many parents do you see saying "Thank You" to there two or three year old children. It is through example that kids learn best, and teaching gratitude is no different than anything else in that respect. "Children Learn What They Live!"

2. Teach It Through Role Playing.

You can play games with your children that implement the virtue of gratitude. Play the second chair and practice showing them how it feels to be on the receiving end of an unexpected, "Thank You!"

3. Teach by Showing Them How to Be of Service to Others.

Even simple things such as holding a door for an elderly person, are small ways we can show them how others appreciate us and our actions. It is also a way to put a smile and a lift into a strangers day, which always creates a good feeling within the person who is doing the kind act as well.
You would be surprised how many times a simple gesture like this can occur in your normal day activities, in places like grocery stores, doctors offices, or shopping trips.

4. Make a List.

An easy way to get them to make lists of what they are thankful for is to use "The Daily Gratitude Journal Software" You will find a link to this software in the resource box at the end of this article. There are two versions, one written in "kid language and displaying an output of "kid fonts" and an adult version as well.

5. Teach Gratitude While Going Without Things.

Recently my single family of three kids and myself had to deal with a full 24 hours of no power. This outage caused by a wind storm, was an ideal opportunity for me to teach them what we had to be thankful for that we normally took for granted. Simple things like, lights, heat, and being able to watch Tv, were just a few that quickly came to mind.

6. Show them How to Be Thankful for the Little Things in Life.

As in the previous example, although, most of us would not consider heat and light little things, they are things that are always there for our kids, so they are simple things that they usually don't pay much attention too.

Other simple examples could include; having food to eat all the time, friends to play with, and having plenty of toys and school supplies. Showing them examples of third world country children who go without these things is a way of teaching them appreciation for what they have, too.

7. Teach them to see the good in someone they don't like.

You can even use a negative experience to teach them the value of being grateful. When I think of this, immediately what comes to my mind is the Walt Disney movie, "PollyAnna" where she played the "Glad" game and found many things to be grateful for in every situation she encountered. Renting this video, watching and discussing it with them would be a great, gratitude building quality time family activity.

As you go through your day, show them, the wonderful events going on behind the scenes that we all most usually take for granted. Things like the police, who protect us, the firemen who are there for those who need them, and the clerk at the grocery store doing her job to help us get our food. Simple thank you comments to all of these daily activities is the easiest way to role model appreciation that they will learn and emulate.

Learn more about teaching kids the lost virtue of gratitude. For many of us, our lives are composed of millions of meaningless moments, all strung together - perhaps with a sprinkling of sacred moments mixed in. I'm sure you can think of a few sacred moments in your own life. Maybe your marriage, the birth of your child(ren), or perhaps a heartfelt moment of connection with a good friend. These are the moments when we are consumed with joy and awe. At these moments, we are fully present in the moment. We aren't worrying about tomorrow, or trying to rush through the experience to get to the next. We are in the now, and the now is amazing.

However, why do we wait for major events to honor these sacred moments? Why can't every day be sacred? Every moment? Each moment is sacred - if we decide to make it that way. I stated above that our lives are filled with meaningless moments, but those moments are meaningless only because we don't honor them. We are hurrying along, focused on other things, not stopping to notice them at all. They come and go without so much as an acknowledgement from us.

Honoring the sacred means simply choosing to make each moment count. It is a tiny shift in perception that assigns meaning and importance to each moment. It means stopping to notice the beauty and love around us, and within us. It means being fully present in each moment, because only the present moment truly exists. So many of us worry about the future, hold regrets about the past, and completely ignore the present. When we give the now our full attention, even mundane tasks can take on an aura of holiness. Then our lives become millions of meaningful moments. Nothing has changed except our perception, but it makes all the difference.

So how do we change our perception to one of sacredness? What does it mean to stay in the present moment? Let's use an example: washing dishes. When most of us wash dishes, we hurry through it, often thinking about the million other things we need to get done that day (or the next day). Our minds are scattered all over the place, focusing on everything but what we are doing. Who can blame us? Washing dishes is not the most exciting experience. However, if we choose to make it a sacred experience, we will want to focus on it. We want to take our time and really pay attention to how the water feels on our hands, how the soap cleanses away the grease and grime, and the sense of satisfaction we get as each dish moves from the dirty pile to the strainer, now clean and shiny.

Maybe that still doesn't sound very thrilling. Let's look at what else is happening. As we give our full attention to washing the dishes, we are not only "doing," we are BEING. Ah, that is the key. It doesn't matter what we're doing or not doing in each moment of our lives, it matters only that we become aware of our own state of Being. In those moments, we are fully alive and conscious. We are connected to everything, and we are One with everything. We ARE.

Have you ever heard the term, "walking meditation?" This can be great practice to help you honor the sacred in your own life. Many of us walk for health or recreation, but we can also walk for spiritual awareness. A walking meditation is a slow, focused walk where you give your full attention to each step you take, the feel of your muscles working, your breathing, and even your surroundings. Especially if you walk someplace in nature, a place with lots of trees and wildlife. The trick is to not let your mind wander, but stay focused on the now. It can take practice, but once you accomplish it, your life will never be the same.

Imagine living a full, meaningful life. Imagine miracles happening all around you. Imagine being filled with awe and gratitude each day, and laying down to sleep each night feeling peaceful and relaxed. You can. If you choose it.

Wendy Betterini is a freelance writer and web designer in New England.
