The First Step to Having Everything You Want in Life by James Delrojo
Each and every person on this planet is different. You are unique.
When I say that you are unique I am not talking about your face or your body or your finger prints, even though all those are unique to you. What I am really talking about is the essence of you. The you that is above the flesh and blood. The you that the philosophers refer to when they ask the age old question "who am I". The inner you.
This inner you is what determines the outer you. It determines whether you are fat or thin, rich or poor, happy or unhappy. But what determines the inner you?
The inner you is the sum total of your thoughts. If you keep thinking the same types of thoughts that you usually think then the inner you will stay the same and, as a result, your life will stay the same. But if you change the way you think the inner you will change and consequentially your life will change.
Whether you stay the same, change for the better or change for the worse is all dependent on what you habitually think.
Just as an apple cannot grow from the seed of an orange then a happy life cannot grow from thoughts of sadness, riches cannot spring from poverty thinking and a life of fulfillment cannot result from thoughts of lack.
Your thoughts determine who you are, which in turn determines the life you have. If you want to change the life you have then you have to change who you are. You can accomplish this change by changing your thoughts.
This relationship between your thoughts and your life has been known for thousands of years. You will see it appearing again and again in the writings of the wise throughout the ages. Yet, in this so called golden age of knowledge, most people still have no idea of this relationship between their thoughts and their life.
How often do you hear people saying things such as "I want to be rich but I don't want to change"? That is like saying I want to grow oranges but I only want to plant apple seeds. A very wise person once said "the best definition of insanity is continuing to do the same things and expecting the results to be different". I'd like to paraphrase that; the best definition of insanity is continuing to think the same types of thoughts and expecting your life to be different.
Try this little experiment. Tomorrow take particular care to be aware of everything you think and say. Ask yourself if those thoughts and words (which are really the expression of your thoughts) are success oriented of mediocrity oriented? If those thoughts and words became the blueprint for your future life what would that life be like?
Well that's exactly what your thoughts are; the blue print for your future life.
Everything in this world is subject to the laws of nature and that includes your life. One of the most important laws relating to your quality of life is "You are now and you will become what you habitually think". Living by this law is the first step to having everything you want in life.

The Success Mindset by keith
Have you ever heard the term Success magnet? Well that's what we'll be covering today. In today's article I'm going to introduce some simple exercises, which will help you magnetize success. You have to breathe, live, and act out your success in every day life, while at the same time going about your daily chores.
Most people who work for others find it hard to change the patterns they've become accustomed to. However that's one of the most important aspects of creating a success mindset, is change. Because if you were successful, why create a success mindset? There are many benefits of thinking in a successful manner; some are less stress, and more happiness. Psychologists find that people who naturally attract success live longer, are able to cope with difficulty in a profound way, and enjoy the challenge of life.
In this article we'll go through some of the simple steps you can take each day to work your way towards emotional and financial freedom. You see, the way you feel about money is one of the most important aspects about making it. Many people's success is determined long before they fail or success. It's because certain habits of the mind, and traits carried over from childhood were never tackled and overcome.
So the first thing I want you to do every morning, and evening, is reflect. Everybody needs some time in their day where they can take a break from the hectic pace of modern day living. While you are relaxing and reflecting on the day?s accomplishments and failures, take some deep breaths and really relax your body. Increased blood flow, deep breathing, are all good signs of stress relief.
It's hard to make money if you are stressed out, tired, or generally unhappy. So first, if that's the case, relax yourself and realize that there are an infinite amount of opportunities where ever you go. You could walk down the street and find a million dollars! While that's not very likely, it is still pssible.
After you've completely relaxed and let off some steam, just simply think about possibilities. Imagine yourself making just a little bit more income, in an easy and enjoyable way. One secret of success is the rule whereby you set moderate goals. Want to be a millionaire? Well unless you're already making $500,000 or more a year, don't think about it. A reasonable goal is to add an extra 10% income per month.
So while you're taking these three simple steps everyday, every week you should review your accomplishments and failures. Also keep a journal about your emotional states and how they effect your motivation and spending habits. I've seen too many people get a little depressed, or too happy, and blow their paychecks on a two hour shopping spree. The key to becoming wealthy is moderation, while at the same time taking risks, smart risks.
So now you have three tools that will enhance your ability to think, and thus your ability to make money. Walking through the week with a cloud over your head will only hold you back. It's important to do the following three things every day and week, and you?ll soon see the different patterns that have determined where your successful, why, and how to change.
First, relax. Physical relaxation techniques are a dime a dozen on the internet. Find one that suits you and utilize it every day and night before bed. It's proven that relaxing each muscle progressively is beneficial both physically and emotionally/mentally. You'll be able to think clearer and focus on what?s important.
Second, review. Keep a journal of daily activities, spending habits, emotions, and thoughts. It's important to keep a track record of how you felt, and a journal is always good to look back on. Not only for good memories but let us say you made a bad investment. Go back and read your journal around that time and determine what was happening at that point in your life? I can?t stress the importance enough of really getting to know yourself. It will help you overcome impulse spending and many other bad habits.
Third, set goals. You must be able to set goals and accomplish them. Most people fail the minute they set a goal, because they're aiming too high. There are some in the business world that say aim high. That's different. Those type of people have already done these three things naturally probably their entire life and are naturally successful people. But we?re talking about changing from nothing to something.
After a few weeks of steady work, you're sweat and tears will pay off. Be sure to read the Success Mindset part 2!

The Law of Attraction & Where People Fail by Nickolove Lovemore
The movie The Secret has been creating ripples across the world. It features some of the world's greatest teachers, philosophers, entrepreneurs, scientists, doctors, authors and financial advisors and presents the concept of the Law of Attraction in a manner that anyone and everyone can understand.
The trouble with The Secret, or rather I should say with people's comprehension of The Secret and the Law of Attraction, is that many people only half get it.
They think to themselves, "Oh! If I just wish for something then I'll receive it." If only life were that simple. Also, you know they just might get away with it if they decided what they wanted and held that image steadfastly in their mind.
However, people may say they want something but continually look at their current circumstances which do not support what they want. They worry about how they will actually achieve what they want. They doubt themselves and the Universe repeatedly and then, as time passes by, they become even more jaded in their thoughts and their thoughts become increasingly negative and self-defeating.
Genevieve Behrend in her book Your Invisible Power wrote,"When your understanding grasps the power to visualise your heart's desires and holds it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfilment of that picture by the harmonious vibration of the Law of Attraction."
Thoughts become things. So the thoughts we have become manifest whether they be positive or negative. The Universe always delivers.
I like to explain this concept to my clients using a jigsaw puzzle. It's something I've stolen from Robert Allen though I've expanded it. Imagine you are given a jigsaw puzzle to put together. It could be a relatively simple puzzle with just a few hundred pieces or it could have thousands of pieces. The problem is you haven't been given an image of what the finished puzzle will look like. Could you complete the puzzle?
Take a second scenario where you have been given an image but it is incomplete or the image is faded and difficult to make out. How easy would it be to for you to complete the puzzle?
Take a third scenario where you are given an image for the puzzle but the image keeps changing. You look at it and one minute it represents this, then that. How easy would it be for you to complete the puzzle?
Obviously, the best conditions to complete the puzzle are where you have a clear, sharp, well-defined image. Unfortunately, it is the former scenarios that we often present to the Universe – no image, broken image or continually changing image and then we wonder why things don't turn out the way we say we want them to.
The key then is to create an image with as much clarity and detail as possible and hold onto to that image but this is not enough. Recall the second part of quote I mentioned by Genevieve Behrend, or as she expresses another way:
"The conscious use of this great power [visualisation] attracts to you multiplied resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognise."
Some people think that visualisation alone will do the trick and get them the things they desire. No. It's like arranging a date with someone, agreeing to meet them at a particular rendezvous and then you stay at home.
The Universe will move towards you. You must respond by moving towards the Universe and taking advantage of the opportunities that the Universe brings to you in order to achieve that which you desire. Darn! Yes, you have to do some work.
I love this quote by Winston Churchill:"During their lifetimes, every man and woman will stumble across a great opportunity. Sadly, most of them will simply pick themselves up, dust themselves down and carry on as if nothing ever happened"
And that is exactly what happens. The Universe will make available numerous opportunities to help us achieve our goals yet we often fail to recognise them or take full advantage of them. There's a saying "Don't wait for your ship to come in, swim out to it." Having goals is important but more important it is what we become as we achieve a particular goal.
Of course there will be obstacles. That's the whole point of this game called life. Would you play any board game or computer game if there were no obstacles or rules to make the game more challenging? Of course not, that would be so boring. Why then do we expect the biggest and best game of all to be any different?
So dream, dream big and hold on fast to your dream. Embrace every challenge that comes your way; brush the fear of failure aside. You might not get what you want; you just might get something even better. As Joan Curcio puts it:
"Jump into the middle of things, get your hands dirty, fall flat on your face, and then reach for the stars."

Choosing Empowerment And Positivity - Feeding The GOOD Wolf by Aislinn OConnor
Choosing empowerment and positivity, or negativity and unhappiness, is a decision that you're making every day, whether you realize it or not.
Native American culture tells the story of a man who explains his own constant struggle between positive, empowering, creative impulses and negative and self-destructive ones by telling his son that he has two wolves fighting in his heart -- a good wolf and a bad one. The boy asks him which of the two will win the battle. The father replies, "Whichever one I feed."
It's very true.
The feelings that we nurture and return to, time after time, are the ones which come to dominate our thoughts and actions, while the ones we turn away from fade away.
The exciting thing is, we have a choice. Although the two wolves both exist, we can choose which one of them we want to feed. That means, we choose which one will win.
You probably know people who feel sorry for themselves, who belittle others, who seem to get some kind of pleasure out of feeling miserable, who portray themselves as victims and reject the affections of anyone who doesn't offer constant sympathy. Often it seems to everybody but themselves that they actually have a whole lot going for them, but they're apt to be defensive if anyone should ever dare to point that out!
That's a classic example of what happens when you feed the bad wolf. You don't satisfy an appetite for any kind of feeling when you feed it - you only make it stronger. If you indulge negative feelings about yourself or other people, you strengthen them until they're very hard indeed to break away from.
The other side of the coin's what happens when you feed the GOOD wolf. If you know people who always seem to get a real kick out of life, who laugh a lot, have lots of friends and interests, and light up the room with energy and sparkle, who succeed in everything they turn their hand to and who always seem to have a lot of fun, you don't need ask which wolf THEY'RE feeding.
So, how DO you feed the good wolf, then?
You give it what it most enjoys.
It has the most enormous appetite for feeling good, for having a positive self-image and strong self-esteem, for kindness, understanding, positive attitudes and healthy laughter. It feeds on self-respect, and tolerance for other people. It thrives on learning skills for the achievement of a purpose, and it loves the satisfaction of attaining worthwhile goals. It laps up happiness. Above all, it relishes enjoying life and sharing joy with others.
When was the last time you wanted to laugh aloud, or sing, or dance, or turn a somersault, just from the sheer delight of being alive? That state of mind's the one that feeds the good wolf best of all.
If YOUR good wolf's been going hungry, here's how you can provide it with an instant banquet.
Sit back and relax, and clear your mind of everything. Just let your thoughts all drift away, and feel yourself becoming warm and comfortable. Let your mouth relax into a smile.
Now, think of something that makes you feel exhilarated. It doesn't matter what it is, as long as it's something that makes you light up as though somebody had pressed a switch.
This isn't the moment for something comforting and soothing - this is about the sort of joy that makes you want to shout out from the rooftops that life's wonderful.
If that's not the way you feel right now, then think of of anything that's ever made you feel delight and wonder. If you can't immediately remember anything that's made you feel that way, imagine what it WOULD feel like to be totally spontaneous and carefree.
Now, focus on that feeling, and experience it as strongly as you can. Revel in it... relish every detail. Your subconscious mind can't tell the difference between what's really happening and what you only FEEL is happening, so concentrate on that great feeling till it becomes completely real for you.
Do this for at least 10-15 minutes, and make yourself a promise that you'll do it regularly. That way you'll give yourself a surge of energy that will benefit yourself, your work and all you come in contact with.
Remember that you WILL get what you focus on, whether it's positive or negative. What's more, you won't just get it, you'll BECOME it... an upbeat, enthusiastic, sparkling and happy person, or a miserable and self-destructive loser.
The choice is yours. Your mind will give you everything you ask of it -- and it will give you it in quantities you haven't dreamed of yet.
Make sure you feed the GOOD wolf... because the wolf that wins the battle is the one you feed.

Unleash Your Subconscious Mind Power by Dale Odeyemi
If you want to learn the true art of mind power then it is of the greatest importance you understand 2 functions of your mind, and also how they interact with each other…
You only possess one mind, but it has 2 totally different functions - and the names generally used to distinguish these 2 different functions are as follows.
1, The Conscious Mind
2, The Subconscious Mind
There are many other terms used. But the 2 listed above, are the ones used most to represent the 2 main functions of your mind.
To help us better understand the conscious and subconscious mind, they may be compared to a tree and its roots…
• You’re conscious mind being the tree, which helps you with daily situations like, decision-making, rational thinking, or just simply figuring out what to do and how best to do it.
When we think of ‘me’ we think of our conscious mind, the mind of which we are fully aware. This part of the mind makes decisions for us and directs our activities; it also analyzes, criticises and even commands us.
• You’re subconscious mind being the roots; it deals mostly with the repetitions of learned behaviour. This can be very helpful for you, as it enables you to deal with situations much more easily the next time they arise.
Whatever we see, hear, smell, taste, touch or feel passes through the conscious mind and reaches the subconscious mind where it is stored.
Once you have learned how best to deal with the situation you find it much easier the next time around… this is because you are using information which is already stored.
For instance, once you have learned to ride a bike you don’t have to consciously think about it anymore. This is because the stored information will come to you automatically the next time you get on your bike to ride it.
Just as if you were to learn where each letter on your keyboard is - you can now type without looking because you have formed a mental picture in your subconscious mind, of what the keyboard actually looks like.
The above are only two instances (of how the subconscious mind stores up relations of learned behaviour) and we are sure you would be able to find many more examples of this in your everyday life!
Information from the conscious mind gets past into the subconscious mind, and there is a very strong link between the two. It is said that everything you have ever seen, heard and experienced is perceived by your conscious mind, and then stored away into your subconscious mind as a memory.
Not only is this memory stored as the incident itself, but also any feelings which went with it at the time are also stored.
Your subconscious mind does not only store your memories and feelings. It is the maker of all the great ideas you have ever had, and is also the seat of your intuition and creativeness…
Your subconscious also keeps you going without you even being aware of it. It takes care of your bodily functions – your heart beat, and automatically runs such activities as, movement, language, visual perception and a whole host of other processes of your mind and body for you.
It also scans your mind for conflict and distress; assesses your environment for danger and threats, and relays and interprets perceptions, sensations, and feeling… last but not least it is also the storehouse of all your experience and decisions – everything which makes you the person you are.
Dale Odeyemi, is the creator of some excellent mind power ebooks
which are sure to help you on your quest for personal power and development… You can also get your hands on 10 Mind-Power-Lessons at absolutely no cost to you whatsoever! By simply visiting his website.
